CONSTRUCTION OF 2.5 MLD WATER TREATMENT PLANT (WTP) AT GOLAPATI

Site Development works Demolishing R.C.C. work, including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material, Supplying and stacking at site good earth, Banking good earth including ramming, rolling and dressing up on site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of Cascade Aerator Design, Drawing and construction of Cascade Aerator with suitable pile foundation, including inlet/outlet pipes with all necessary pipe specials and fittings, installation of tiles on aerator steps, steel work for boundary grillage on cantiliver of aerator, and all works complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Inlet Chamber Design, Drawing and construction of Inlet Chamber with suitable pile foundation, including partial fume, stilling chamber, installation of pipes with all necessary pipe specials and fittings, finishing inside walls of chamber with food grade paint and outside walls with water proof cement paint and all works complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Flash Mixer Design, Drawing and construction of Flash mixer with suitable pile foundation, including installation of pipes with all necessary pipe specials and fittings,finishing with water proof cement paint and all works complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Clariflocculator Design, Drawing and construction of Clariflocculator with suitable pile foundation, including installation of pipes with all necessary pipe specials and fittings, finishing outside walls with water proof cement paint and inside walls with food grade paint, steel raillings on balcony and all works complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Rapid Sand Filter House Design, Drawing and construction of Rapid Sand Filter House with suitable pile foundation, including installation of pipes with all necessary pipe specials and fittings, doors and windows, ceramic tiles, filling filter media, hand operated crane, rolling shutters and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Electro Mechanical works Providing and installation of Electro-magnetic flow meter, rapid mixing device, alum dosing unit, lime dosing unit, alum cake/ lime lifitng device, clariflocculator device, Electromagnetic type flow controller, head guage, vaccume feed type chlorinators, Chlorine tonners, rotary air blower, horizontal split casing centrifugal pump, and energisation with 250 KVA transformer including erection and stringing of necessary HT & LT lines for proviing adequate power for operating machineries for the scheme, erection of poles, power cables and other necessary fittings, testing with submission of all testing reports, civil foundation, earthing, cabling and allied accessories with necessary tying up with the electricity department for all technical and mandatory requirement/formalities for installation and energisation pf transformers and HT/LT lines, complete as per detailed specification and direction of Enginer-in-Charge.

Construction of RCC Road Design, Drawing and construction of RCC Road including providing drainage along the road and placement of dowel bars in expansion joints, providing cover for drains and all works complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of OHT(0.8 ML capacity)Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and trial run of R.C.C Overhead Tank (OHT) of 0.8 ML capacity on 18.7 m staging height with suitable pile foundation, including container with roof slab, staging columns and bracings, inlet/ outlet/ overflow and scour pipe arrangements with valves and specials, ancillary units, lighting conductor, staircase, walkways and passage with G.I railings for inspection and maintenance, provision of manholes with covers, ventilators and suitable water level indicator, finishing, water-tightness test and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of 2.5 ML Ground Sump Design, Drawing and construction of 2.5 ML Ground Sump with R.C.C slab roofing, including inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe connections with all necessary specials and fittings, provision of manholes with covers, air vents, internal access arrrangements, installation of suitable water indicator, smooth finishing of all surfaces, curing, satisfactory water tight test, and construction of pump house with windows and rolling shutters, providing/installation of EOT Crane along with ISI girders and centrifugal pumps and all allied civil, mechancial and electrical works complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
