Supply and installation of ESE Air Terminal: External, wide area, early streamer emission (ESE) type lightning arrestor made of robust high grade stainless steel . It should be self sustaining, with 4.8V Ni-MH battery and in full compliance of the Protection Radius worked out as per Rolling sphere concept & test Standard stated in NFC 17 102 Appendix C . It should be capable of polarizing the tip with a voltage of 20 KV to 30 kV, synchronized with an approaching lightning and triggering a powerful upward streamer into the air, with average time gain of 25 microseconds earlier than naturally formed streamers. The lightning arrester must be able to be tested with the help a handheld TELETESTER for checking its condition and operativeness and must be type tested in CPRI (Govt. of India laboratory). Reference no. PDASAT3N25 (Protection level 42 mtr as per protection level I).The TELETESTER should be able to communicate with the lightning arrester by radio communication 433 MHZ/FM ,range of 100 Mtr in free field. Supply and installation of Support Mast: Support mast of 3 mtr of robust design, made with 40 mm dia. class C MS pipe duly galvanized with minimum 85 micron zinc coating, along with all accessories like clamps, saddles, holding arrangements to fix the mast to the building/structure at highest point

Supply and installation of Down Conductor : Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S & F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection Air terminal to the earth pit including clamps, saddles incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. and other required accessories.

Supply and installation of Maintenance free Earthing: The earth terminal shall consist of 3 separate earth pits for each down conductor,in delta or crowfeet configuration as per site condition. Unit Rate quoted is for one set The earthing will be maintenance free chemical earthing using copper coated steel rods 16 mm dia , 2.4 mtr long and using ground enhancing, artificial soil treatment chemical compound, Terec+ ,having essential chemical ingredients, such as ‘ionic chemicals, dispersion chemicals, expansion chemicals, diffusion chemicals and hygroscopic chemicals, to provide stable low resistance in the earth terminal to make it maintenance free for over 15 years as per IEEE 80-2000 14.5d clause.

Supply and Installation of Testable Flash Counter. It should be Electromechanical current tested (10/350 microsecond) 100 KA, should have a 6 digitindicator, the enclosure material should be high grade engineering plastic and degree of protection should be IP67 (Make: Paratonex or equ. as approved by EIC).

Providing CC (6:3:1) muffing 600x600x760 mm in size or equivalent size of cylindrical muffing above ground level around the pole base complete with 3 mm thick neatly finished cement plaster all round after dismantling the unserviceable muffing if necessary.
