M&L for pump down the existing refrigerant in separate cylinder. Disconnecting of electric motor of compressor, refrigerant line and gauges pipe opening and dismantle of compressor for general overhauling and maintenace of Model 50 TR to carry out the inspection of compressor and general overhauling of compressor including replacement of springs, aluminum washer packing screw work cleaning with detergent cotton waste, etc and cleaning the suction filter oil filter, replacing the all defective parts and assembling the compressor including testing for leakage with nitrogen gas and rectify them if occure. Re-charging of refrigerant R-407c, compressor oil and testing on connected load the compressor complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Replacement of all unserviceable/defective parts of compressor and topup of refrigerant shall be included in quoted rates of this item.

M&L for opening of condenser cover of both sides including disconnecting of water pipe line for inlet and outlet of the condenser of each plant. Removing scale/sludge precipitated in the copper tube by push and pull method with iron rod connected with steel wire brush of suitable size as per condenser copper tube size at the entire length of condenser that scraping down the sludge precipitated in side the tube. Closing both side of condenser and circulating the descaling soulation in all tube of three condenser of each plant through the circulating pump and allows holding it for 30 minutes for chemical reaction. Opning the condenser both sides and clean with iron rod connected with nylon brush of suitable size as per condenser copper tube size at the entire length of condenser to ensure that descaling process has been complete, then closing the condenser at both end and circulating clean water in all the tube of three condenser of each plant and drain out the process will be continue till the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge then fixing new gasket for both ends of the three condenser of each plant tighten with new nut end bolt for the following plants complete all as specified and directed :-

M&L for pressure testing for entire system of the following AC plant of condenser, compressor and circulating system with CO2/Nitrogen gas and retain to allow the pressure for three days. If found any leakage or reduction in the scale of pressure shall be located and arrest the leakage immediately by soldering or an appropriate measure are to be taken to stop the leakage premanently complete all as specified and directed for the following plants.

Dismantling the inlet & outlet connection of water pipe lines, wiremesh all-around the cooling tower, PVC fins, CT fan and motor and incomming connection of electric supply and other related items all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the cooling tower by applying wire brush, washing powder and other solvent by removing the deposited impurities such as silt, dust particles mud/ sand inside the dume and around the fins, on wiremesh, main shaft etc and other connected items complete all as specified and directed

M&L for blocking the punctured tubes of the following condensers with brass pillet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vacuum the system and after maintaining vacuum for 24 hours, supply and charging refrigerant gas R-407c complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of PVC fins in replacement for diffirent capacity of cooling towers as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of alpha filter from its position and layout at site for refixing after clearing, AHU cooling coil using chemical with brass brush in-order to remove all type of sludge/dust precipitatated on the coil without any damage to the copper cooling coil then wash the cooling coils with fresh water and air blower upto the satisfactory of Engr-in-Charge. Cooling coil drain water shall be clean, if any type of obstacle on the flow of water, iron body of the AHU inside and outside shall be scrap down and rub out with sand paper then apply one coat primer over a coat of synthetic enameld paint including part of duct portion in the AHU shall be complete upto the satisfactory of Engr-in-Charge for the following AC plant :-

M&L for rewinding of 3 Phase induction electric motor 3/4 KW capacity of any make and size complete with super enamelled copper winding wire of exiting gauge to get same capacity of motor including varnishing and replacement of insulated material including transportation charges to workshop and back complete including two coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour on motor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable VFD (Variable frequency drives),15KW Sx2000, 15 KW in AHU room complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Make L&T/Legrand/Havells.
