Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in hard stiff clay soil and hard gravel soil as per standard specification SS 20 B for narrow foundation

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyace of all materials and all labour charges,etc,

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 mix using 40 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyace of all materials and all labour charges,etc,

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29m. Height for plance surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel of size 90cm. X 60 cm. and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cm. x 6.5 cm. dia spaced about 90 cm. center to center and supported by casuarinas props of 10 cm. to 13 cm. dia spaced at 75 cm. center to center etc., complete coplying with standard specification ans as directed for the following items.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One Cement and Three P.Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Provision for Soak Pit 1 x 2 Nos.
