Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: All kinds of soil.

Filling empty cement bags with sand/ earth; including cost of sewing and strings; excluding cost of bags and earth / sand.

Supply of empty cement bags including all types of carriages upto site of work.

Supply of 2nd Class Sand required for filling of bags including all types of carriage upto site of work.

Unloading sand/earth filled bags from boats i. Placing in dry

ii. Placing in Water

Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water mains or drains and the like

Dismantling C.I. / D.I pipes manually/ by mechanical means breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into blocks including stacking of pipes and lead at site within 50 meter lead as per direction of Engineer in-charge. i. Above 300 mm diameter.

Laying in position centrifugally cast (spun) iron S&S or flanged pipes (excluding cost of pipe).

Providing push-on-joints to Centrifugally (Spun) Cast Iron Pipes or Ductile Iron Pipes including testing of joints and including the cost of rubber gasket. i. 750 mm dia pipes

Providing, fixing of M.S fittings viz bends of suitable degrees / size to be fabricated out of M.S plate as per the requirement of site. This item includes cost of lead, spun yarn and lead caulking, lead beating with insertion of spun yarn etc. The fittings should be leak proof and should be painted with Anticorrosive Red Oxide Primer and bituminous paint and including all carriages, leads lifts, etc. complete.

Hire charges of welding machine including welder, pipe cutter, genset mounted on tata mobile, fuel charges including all carriages upto site for fixing of new MS pipe section with existing collar of 900 MS bends and cutting of collar of existing 750mm dia DI pipe. (Complete job).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying dry stone soling in foundation trenches hand packed and consolidated by hand ramming (Nallah).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: i. 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level i. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Providing of stone boulders (nallah) nominal size (50mm to 100mm dia) in foundation trenches hand packed and consolidated by hand ramming.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. i. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: i. Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Carriage of material from different sources to actual site of work by mechanical transport. i. Cement and Steel from local market for an avg. lead of 15Kms.

ii. Sand and Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size for an avg. lead of 20Kms

iii. 40mm dia soling for an avg. lead of 20Kms.

iv. Stone soling for an avg. lead of 20Kms.

v. Stone boulders (Nallah) nominal size (50mm to 100mm dia) for an avg. lead of 20Kms.
