S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet, reinforced with M.S Square tube complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 95mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet, reinforced with M.S Square tube complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Factory Made Solid PVC moulded Door Shutter (with wood free EPS) 28 to 30mm thick (style) with 2,4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded prelam sheet on the front face and 2mm prelam PVC sheet on back face complete as per manufacturer's instruction and all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Factory made solid wire gauzed pvc door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S.tubes for top & bottom rails.M.S.frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelam PVC "C" channel having a prelam PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and prelam PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panells will be wire gaused in lieu of single side prelam PVC sheet panel. The wire gause shall be wrapped on an additional square 8 mm MS solid tube and this tube shall be welded to MS tubes. The wire gause shall be stretched to tighten firmly. And jointed to gether with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work built in any cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub-class `B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing in cement mortar (1:4), mixing with water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement consumed and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 600 x 7 or 8 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shades of tiles complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4 mm and fixed with galvanised wire staples, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for ATT at points of contract of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring (light fan, socket or power) complete incl fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, light fittings, ceiling rose, pendants, lamp holders, shade conical, regulators etc and separating serviceable fittings for reuse in the same work and removing unserviceable fittings and fixtures with wiring cable, battens, wooden boards etc from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceiling etc all complete all as specified and directed complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down carefully unserviceable main switches and DB’s including wooden boards and removing from site including making good disturbed surfaces of walls complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old ceiling fan/exhaust fan and refixing only serviceable fans after cleaning and testing to its original position/location and handing over old unserviceable ceiling/exhaust fans to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel , procteded by GI pipe 15 mm bore( light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and chamber of pcc 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and coping shall be in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg. 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg. reinforced with 8 mm dia MS tor bar @ 80 mm c/c both ways including excvation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate no 5 of SSR PT 1, 1991 with charcoal dust and salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point (up to main switches, DBs) including taking down old unserviceable one, complete all as specified & testing on completion. NOTE:- (I) item includes the cost of 7.5 mtr length GI pipe for protection for GI earth wire. (ii) item rates includes the cost of 7.5 mtr earth lead GI earth wire. (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe,bends,elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
