Schedule 'A' Section - I

Supply and installation , testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven generating set of capacity 250 KVA output at NTP with AMF control panel, 415 Volts, 50 C/S AC, 3 phase 4 wire at power factor of 0.8 lagging all as per IS- 4272/2001, DG set mounted on common base plate and directly coupled through flexible coupling of diesel engine with cushy foot mountings (anti vibration) pad in and including acoustic insulated encloser/canopy with less 75 db noise level at 01 metre distance from DG set, complete with self starting system including accssories, equipment control panel ete complete as per manufacurers recommendations and to the satisfaction of Engr in charge.

(a) Alternator (bush less) shall be design for an output of 250 KVA at full load for continuos rating at 0.80 PF AC 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volts 50 C/S with 1500 RPM speed, self excited self excited self regulated, screen protected, drip proof construction with insulation class 'H' with two end shield ball/roller bearing with damper winding in each pole faces as per IS-4722 or BS 2613-1970 complete all as specified and direcetd.

(b)Diesel Engine :- Diesel Engine air cooled of BHP 310 HP and electric start suitable to drive above alternator independently, coupled directly through flexible coupling, multi cylinder four stroke, cold starting, 1500 RPM industrial type as per BS-649 or IS-1601 with A1 electronic governor suitable to regulate speed of DG set from No load complete with fuel tank of capacity as per manufacturer recommendations, fuiel lines, exhaust pipe duly insulated with asbestos rope and with support and silencer mufflers etc for continuous operation and standared accessories, sump pre pre heaters etc all as specified and direcetd.

(d) Elctric starter equipment :- The equipment will comprise the followngs : (i) Maintenance free sealed lead acid battery 12 V & Battery lead of adequate size and capacity (ii) Starter Motor (iii) Starter gearing (iv) Start/Stop push button. (vi) Invertor cum battery charger 500 VA capacity suitable to work on 230 Volts 50 Hz AC supply system for charging of DG Set batteries externally when DG set is in off position (vi) Alternator/Dynamo of suitable capacity to charge the batteries while DG sets running complete with cut out all as per manufacturer recommendation os required at site or directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and laying passing through pipe testing and commissioning of 1100 Volts grade 'Heavy duty' PVC sheathed armoured cable LT, XLPE insulated aluminium conductor multi standed served with inner sheating of PVC tape armored with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed of size 300 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area 3.5 core confirming to IS specification, Laid in trenches/fixed on poles, walls or under floors etc complete all as specified and directed incl dismentling taking out unsv all as specified and direcetd.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm up to test point with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 25mm bore with funnel wire mesh and medium grade GI earth wire protection pipe 50mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unsv earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The units rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil charcoal & salt in altemate layers, 25mm GI Pipe (light grade) for watering 50mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made.

Supply,fabricating,installation,testing,commissioning and electrically connecting LT panel board 415Volts factory made dust proof vermin for indoor type made out of CRCA sheet 2mm thick except inner sheath of 3mm powder coated machine presssed both side opening in two halves with rubber beading including aluminium bus bar of 1000Amp capacity 4 strip mounted on porcelain insulator bus bar chamber shall be provided with inspection covers, each MCCB/ cubical switch shall have be independent opening panel shall be mounted on an angle iron fframe and legs made from angle of size 40x40x5 mm frame including lifting arrangement and lugs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of red oxide primer grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type B-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) complete including all connections/control wiring incoming/outgoing with suitable size of copper conductor cable comprising of following accessories including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) LT Air Circuit Breaker microprocessor release 4 Pole 415 volts 50 Hz, 50 KA Manual Draw out type 630Amp Capacity as including. (b) 630 Amp 4P Change Over Switch -01 No (c) MCCB 4 pole 630Amp rating with breaking capacity 36 KA, adjustable thermal and magnetic setting 50 Hz - 01 (Outgoing) Ics = 100% of Icu (d) MCCB 4 pole 400Amp rating with breaking capacity 36 KA, adjustable thermal and magnetic setting 50 Hz - 02 (Outgoing) Ics = 100% of Icu (e) Indicator Lamp R,Y,B = 01 Set (f) Digital Amp meter 0-1000 Amp with in built selecctor switch & CT's of suitabl ratio = 01 No

S&F HDPE (DWC) duct pipe 95 mm outer dia confirming to IS: 14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with all accessories, bends, joints, nuts, bolts, clamps etc fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in deep getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable/errection of poles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (Soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanting and taking down LED street light fitting of any type from LT poles and refixing serviceable fittings the same Cantt area on LT pole bracket including making electric connection, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F, testing & commissioning of all in one standard 40W LED solar street light consisting of 12V maintenance free battery of Min 02 days backup and suitable size mono crystalline SPV module with visual indication of charging ON and battery low mounted with all the standard fitting on existing LT pole bracket complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Amount of credit of Rs. 7912.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
