SPL REPAIR TO DRAIN, BLDG NO SP-04, SPL REPAIR AND ADDN / ALTN OF BOREWELL AND BLDG NO P-144 AND PROVN OF STORE ROOM AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS UNDER AGE B/R-II AND AGE E/M OF GE SUKNA AT MIL STN SUKNA

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Excavated soils not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains, hardstanding including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, bed plates, bed block for holdfasts, filling in pressed steel door frames, benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in landing, cover slabs (for manholes etc), chullah hoods, chajja, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary forms, moulds etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in gap between roof sheets and brick wall, thickness of concrete bed exc. 5 cm and not exc.10 cm thick & width not exc. width of one brick thick wall including necessary scaffolding and formwork ht upto 7m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan n.exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
