Repair to 400mm dia main reflux valve installed on 400mm dia rising main of LIS Seen Thakran by way of unfastening of rusted/damaged studs/nuts and bolts, opening of bonnet cover, extraction of damaged disk assembly. Then checking for any cracks, removing of foreign material deposited inside the body. Providing , fabrication and fitting of complete disc assembly and then re-fitting of the bonnet cover by p/f of new rubber joint, studs, nuts and bolts as per site requirement. Job further includes repair to 400mm dia MS rising main at 5 different spots along the alignment by way of cutting of bushes, excavation of soil around the leaking point so as to easily access and plug the leakages then chipping of the rusted/damaged rising main and removing the enamel coating on that and pluging the leakage by arc welding with superior quality welding electrodes wherever required. Job includes unscrewing of the flange joint, removing of rubber gasket then welding the damaged portion along the circumference of flange joint at 05 different locations on said rising main. Refitting of flanges by p/f of new rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washers. P/f of 01 no 100 mm dia heavy duty double ball air release valve conforming to ISI standards at suitable place on 400 mm dia rising main. Job includes welding of 100 mm dia GI pipe of approximately 1m length to rising main at one end and welding of flange corresponding to air release valve at another end and then fixing of air release valve with the help of nuts, bolts and rubber washer. Job also includes repair to 200mm dia reflux valve installed with pump set of Unit no 1at intake Seen Thakran by way of dismantling it from suction line and then dragging out using manual labour, ropes and other tools and tackles upto the safer place for its repair. Extraction of damaged rubber gasket, nuts/bolts and removal of mud/foreign material and then p/f of new rubber gasket, nuts/bolts and then refitting with the suction line. Complete Job includes cost of material, skilled/semi-skilled manual labour, carriage/transportation, hire charges of tools and tackles, DG set including testing at site on full load. Complete job.
