Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/losse soil) for laying of cables or GI pipe and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified. Note : Measurement shall be taken after punning down.

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sq cm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying only old bricks obtained from excavation complete all as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover of following sizes:-

Class HV, type 1, for 11 KV flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40mm.

Class HV, type 2, for 33 KV flat size 450 mm x 180 mm x 40mm.

Laying only old HT cable cover obtained from excavation complete all as directed.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting faulty 11 KV HT cables of different sizes from both ends, testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) 11 KV HT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable cable cover/bricks will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra PCC cover/bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.

Taking out faulty underground 1100 Volt LT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing bricks of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re-routing to another site as directed after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks as required.

Taking out faulty underground 11000 Volt HT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing PCC cover of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re-routing to another site as directed after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks as required. (Note for item No 41 & 42): (a) HT/LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule if required. Material and labour for disconnecting faulty/burnt end or portion of cable by removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation & earth work, relaying and reconnecting the cable by removing faulty/burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals with suitable size of thimbles for 25 Sqmm 3.5/4 core to 70 Sqmm 3.5 core of LT cable to LT Panel/pole/main switch complete all as directed.

All as per item 43 above but for LT cable of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core to 400 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual and making good both ends all specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 33 KV (Earthed ) grade cable for straight though heat shrink type joint complete with jointing meterial and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 3 core 400 sqmm.

Meterial and labour for emergency maintenance work of 33 KV overhead line during breakdown by deploying skilled labour and electricians at faulty site having Gang of minimum 6 persons and tansportation including hydraulic machine and other tools and plant reqired a site for fault rectification. Note:- Contrator of his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within one hour of notification of breakdown. In case the rep or contractor shall not come to the site of breakdown and start attending breakdown within 1.00 hour a penalty of Rs 1000 per fault per hour will be imposed over contactor and will be deduct from his dues.

S&F in replacement for Danger Notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white , with letters, figures and conventional skull and bobes in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT 33 KV, 25 x 20 cm size including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stretching/ tightning of loose ACSR conductor including fixing of conductor accessories such as clamp etc as per site condition of Zebra/ Dog/Goat/Panther/Wolf conductor of 33 KV lines Note : Length of indl conductor shall be measured.

M & L Jointing of ACSR conductor of any type with mid span joint through compression joint machine of 33 KV over head lines.

Trimming and cutting of tree branches (not more than 25mm girth) coming across 33 KV HT over head line clearing the line around 2m single/both sides and disposal of branches from site exeeding 50m and not exceeding 250m from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Length of span is approx 200 to 225 RM. (ii) Due care is to be given while trimming/cutting the tree branches that there should no damage to over head line conductor/pole. In case due to any negligence, damage is caused to be make good/ renewal by the contractor from his own resources and nothing extra is admissible. (iii) All safety to labourer must be adhered by the contractor during trimming and cutting of tree branches.

Supplying and fixing, Stretching, Securing, Connecting & testing of Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) of size Zebra/ Dog/Goat/ Panther/Wolf/mink for 33 KV over head lines/33 KV yard / earth for tower to tower complete including taking out old unserviceable conductor complete all as directed and specified by Engr In Charge.

Testing out faulty underground 33 KV HT cable of 400 Sqmm by excavatioin and removing RCC cable covers and relaying in the same trenches or re routing after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new RCC cable cover as required. Note: (a) 33 KV HT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable cable cover/bricks will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra PCC cover/bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.

M&L for Bore earthing 150mm dia buried by vertical boring machine, depth 50 mtr below ground level using earth electrode 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade duly drilled hole of 12mm dia, 115mm C/C on both side of the pipe including lowering in bore upto the depth of 49mtr and one mtr above the ground level. The pipe electrode should be filled around commericial salt charcoal dust, copper suphate and magnesium phosphate of 30cm layer each upto the full length of pipe. The borewell should have 12mtr of length 150mm dia MS pipe for protection of borewell. Welding of GI Strip 50mmx6mm on earth electrode GI Pipe 50mm dia upto 10mtr below ground level and 15 mtr from the bore well to test point gun metal and PCC foundation surrounding the borewell 60cmx60cm30cm all as directed by Engr-in-charge. GI strip more than 25mtr will be measured and paid separately. Note:- Cost of gun metal test point deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply , installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of air bake off load line isolator switch rotating type manually gear drive mechanism operated highest system voltage 36 KV rated current 1250 Amps triple pole with earthing device each pole consist of insulating pedestals 03 Nos on galvanized steel base as per BSS /IS incuding rotating blade of HDE copper and fixed contacts of same material , spring loaded arcing horns of adequate section to brake magnetizing current of transformer as directed with adequate 50mm dia GI operating pipe for operation from ground level and operating handle complete with both off and on positions complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 85 above but bus isolator without earthing device

S&F cable route indicator made of RCC (Nominal Mix) type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) with 8mm TMT Bar c/c of size 1m height X 60cm wide X 10cm thick tapered on top, visible above ground, duly painted with synthetic enemel paint of yellow colour base and letters with black paint. The description for writing for HT cable 33 KV as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for PCC 1:3:6 for foundation (min size 0.8mx0.3mx0.3m) of aggregate size 20mm for cable route indicator deemed to be included in the item.

Material and labour in replacement Retro Reflective installation sign boards of size 5 feet x 4 feet fabricated out of 16 gauge MS sheet ,framed with stainless steel heavy duty pipe of size 50 mm bore duly welded/riveted with MS square pipe of size 25 mm x 25 mm at height 2.00 meter above ground level on stainless steel heavy duty pipe of size 50 mm bore embaded 60 CM in PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 block of size 45cm x 45cm x 60cm including necessary excavation and earth work .The steel portion of the board shall be painted in stove enameled paint and the front & back of the frame shall be overall sheathed with blue colour base painter adhesive tape. The wiriting matter i.e. details of Transformer, location, Sl No, SM No etc. will be in English language on both sides with reflective adhesive painter tapes all as directed and specified by Engineer -in-charge.

Material and labour for replacement of HT cable PVC clamp with nut, blot and washer suitable for HT cable 11 KV 1000 sqmm single core , fixed with M S Chanel by making hole if required all as directed and specified by Engr In Charge.

All as per item No 89 above but HT cable of size 400 sqmm 3 core ,33 KV.

Material and labour for Schematic diagram network of Shekhawati Grid as follows:- (a) The diagram board should be not less than 6' x 4' x 6" (b) The structure should be made of framed by angle iron 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.4mm (c) The top sheet should be white acrelic sheet and rear sheet should be not less than 1.5 mm thick MS sheet. (d) 04 x 20 watt LED tube light fitted inside the diagram alongwith complete wiring with controlling switch. (d) It should be hanged on the wall by drilling and fixing as directed. (e) Min 10 mtr PVC sheathed wire 1.5 sqmm 3 core .

Material and labour for repainting of HT 11 KV VCB panel consisting of not less than 25 Nos VCB/Bus Coupler/Bus trunk of appx size 4-6 sqm with 2 coats of super enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide with spraygun allas specified and directed at Shekhawati Grid.

Material and labour for repainting of 33 KV panel consisting of not more than 9 Nos, Bty Charger panel-2 Nos of appx size 4-6 sqm with 2 coats of super enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide with spraygun allas specified and directed at Shekhawati Grid.

M&L for painting with two coats of superior aluminium paint including necessary preparation of steel surfaces of steel fencing by brushing/cleaning complete steel structure/wire mesh/frame/ gate incl main gate of Shekhawati grid. not more than 3600 Sqmm area complete all as specified and directed.

Supply fixing and commissioning of factory made tested LT panel board in replacement cubical type double door out door type plate mounted suitable for , 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire,50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bar of rating 400 Amp installed on porcelain/ SMC insulator. Supply & fixing in replacement of Air circuit breaker 4 pole 630 Amps 50 KA with Microprocessor release, manual drawout Adjustable type including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable ACB from panels & fabrication works to BUS bar for proper fitting Note:- The rates of busbar (if requires) is included in the above quoted rate.

M & L for welding at site of cable trench cover made of MS Chequerd plate / MS plate with 4 nos of GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm not more than 0.6 mtr and fixed in position as directed by Engr In Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of painted surface of floor mounted HT control panel for fixing of FLOURCENT REFELCTIVE LETTERING as follows of approved colours all as specified and directed . (a) Re-write the details of HT Control panel,O/G, I/C fedeers, Sl No of HT Panel, CTR etc on the HT panels in capital letters of size not less than 40 mm width and 50 mm height and works not exceeding 70 letters per panel. (b) Numbering of the HT Panels in both front and back side of size not less than 80 mm width and 80 mm height. Name of HT Control panel,O/G, I/C fedeers should be written on backside of HT Panels also as size mentioned para (a) above all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
