Comprehensive maintenance and repairs of electrically operated overhead travelling cranes (EOT) consisting of main girder, cross travel, hoist crab, carriage, long travel drive mechanism, long and cross travel wheel pinions, bearings, rope drum, gear boxes, motors, wire rope, limit switches, overload and time delay relays/resistors, bottom control panels, contactors 3 pole , pendant push button suspension mechanism, etc complete of the following capacities (Spares/items mentioned herein after shall be paid seperately. Cost of any other spares not included in items herein after shall be borne by the contractor):-

EOT Crane 1 Ton Capacity at Electro Plating Shop.

EOT Crane 2 ton Capacity at Foundry Hangar

EOT Crane 3 ton Capacity at BlackSmith Hangar

Load testing of following EOT cranes , within the period of completion by State Govt Authority competent person authorised by Inspector of Factories and furnishing test certificate in accordance with the factories Act :-

EOT Crane 1 Ton Capacity at Electro Plating Shop

Load testing of following HOT cranes, within the period of completion by competent State Govt Authority person authorised by Inspector of Factories and furnishing test certificate in accordance with the factories Act :-

Hand operated travelling crane 1.5 ton Capacity at FAD and Press shop

Hand operated travelling crane 2 ton Capacity at FAD

Hand operated travelling crane 5 ton Capacity at FAD shop

Comprehensive maintenance and repairs of hand operated overhead travelling cranes (HOT) consisting of main girder, cross travel, long travel,hoist crab, end carriage, , long and cross travel wheel pinions, bearings, rope drum,gears, wire rope, etc complete of the following capacities (Spares/items mentioned herein after shall be paid seprately. Cost of any other spares not included in items herein after shall be borne by the contractor):-

Hand operated travelling crane 2 ton Capacity

Hand operated travelling crane 5 ton Capacity

Rewinding of 03 phase 415 volts electric motor of main hoist, creep hoist, long traverse and cross traverse of following capacity with super enamelled copper conductor of gauge as per existing of the following:-

Electric motor above 1 HP but upto and including 3 HP.

Electric motor above 3 HP but upto and including 5 HP.

Preparing of surfaces EOT and HOT cranes compete including end carriages, double and single gantry motors, gear boxes bottom hook blocks, platform structure, gantry girders etc by scraping, cleaning, using wire brush sand paper etc and painting complete with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer of approved make and colour for EOT/HOT cranes complete all as directed of the following capacities:-

HOT crane 5 Ton

EOT crane upto 2 Ton

EOT crane 3 Ton

Supply only following spares for EOT cranes of capacity 2 ton to 3 ton and HOT crane of capacity 1.5 ton, 2 ton and 5 ton complete all as directed .
