Execution of work under Construction of New Exit Gate for Tourist Crowd Management Near Booking Counter at Elephanta Caves at Elephanta, Dist. Raigad. As specified in the BOQ.

Description of works

Dismantling the existing damaged C.R stone and UCR masonry wall stacking the useful stone separately at one side of the site for reuse and disposing the unwanted materials away from the site etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Earthwork excavation in hard soil including removal of excavated materials and disposing the same up to a distance of 50 mtrs. including initial lead and etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Provision for providing and laying rubble soling 0.10 m thick including ramming consolidating etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 proportion using by 20mm size hard stone metal including mixing laying and curing the concrete etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Provision for construction of UCR masonry in cement mortar 1:4 including cost of all material and labour charges, curing etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing C.R stone masonry for wall in cement mortar 1:4 including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges curing etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing and laying Cast in situ cement concrete M20 grade of trap/ granite / quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. members as per detailed designs and drawings including steel cantering, formwork, cover blocks, compaction by manual means finishing the formed surfaces including curing etc. complete (excluding reinforcement and structural steel) etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various dia. for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels Pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing and laying two-line dressed basalt stone steps of size (0.45x0.30x 0.15 to 0.20) stones obtained from approved quarry including loading, unloading, conveying and fixing in position over a bed 40 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing and laying Kota Stone Calibrated polish Flooring Tiles, Size 600x600 mm (2'x2'), in approved shade and pattern, for Hall and Bedroom floor area, fixed over a bed of cement mortar and using tile adhesive, jointed with matching grouting material, including cutting, laying, curing, edge finishing, cleaning etc., complete as per site in-charge instructions.

Providing brickwork with modular brick in superstructure above plinth level in cement mortar 1:4 with necessary scaffolding curing etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Provision for providing and laying Mangalore tile roof with tile of size 0.42x0.25 meter as per drawing etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing and laying stone flooring with dressed basalt stone of size 0.45x0.30x0.10m thickness stone obtained from approved quarry including loading unloading conveyance and fixing in position over the bed of 50mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing pointing to the joints of CR Stone masonry in cement mortar 1:4 including curing etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing 20 mm plaster in C.M. 1:3 to internal faces of wall in one coat including curing, scaffolding etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing and applying priming coat on concrete/ masonry/ Asbestos Cement plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing and applying Royale Luxury Emulsion of approved make on the wall surface as detailed below Scrapping for surface with emery paper and wipe clean for area. wall primer with brush by adding mineral turpentine oil by 8 to 10 % or water by 15 to 20% allowing to dry for 6 to 8 hours After applying acrylic wall putty with appropriate proportion of water of allow to dry for period of 4 to 6 hours of activity. Scrapping with emery paper and wipe clean Applying paints Royale Luxury emulsion 1st coat with brush water content water 40 to 45% or 65 to 70% by role Applying paints Royale luxury emulsion 2nd coat with brush with water content 40 to 45% or 65 to 70 % by roller. (With prior approval of S.E.) etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing and applying two coats Apex Ultima Puranature Anti-Pollution Or equivalent approved brand, paint should decompose organic substance sand inorganic gases (NOx, VOC’s, CO, SOx, form aldehydes, etc.) in presence of natural or artificial light. It contains Graphene and nanoparticles of titanium oxide .and Absorbs CO2 (4.8 Kilogram/15 l). plaster crack should be filled by acrylic base Crack seal /Textured Crack filler, Paint has to applied on one coat of Apex Ultima Puranature Anti-Pollution Primer or Equivalent. Warranty Should be given by the Manufacturer The work should be done by the Manufacturer Recommended applicator and he should be able to furnish stage wise onsite technical reports from the concerned company technologist. etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.
