Providing staff for running of electrical enquiry in Residential and Non Residential building at U.S Club Shimla for the year 2026-27 w.e.f 02.07.2026 to 30.07.2027.

Engagement of Electricians/ Technicians in residential & non residential buildings to Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools, Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem, Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, to test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters,Meggar etc, repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, Placing conduit (pipes or tubing) inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes. Perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduit and moving and lifting heavy objects, Provide assistance during emergencies by operating floodlights and generators etc or any other directions given by engineer in charge. For the period w.e.f.02.07.2026 to 01.07.2027 (8.00 AM to 9.00 PM) Service Per day

Note:- The Electricians/ Technicians & Trained helper should possess ITI certificate in wiremen/ Electrician trade done through a regular course from an institution recognized by the H.P. Govt.

Terms & Condition :-

The contractor shall have to deploy at least one no .trained Electricians/Technician/Pump Operator/ fireman/ pump-operator-cum-helper in the shift manner for the job.The number of such shifts shall not be less than 3.00(Three) in one day i.e 24 hours.The person shall have to be familiar about the system and equipments installed in the building.The contractor shall be fully equipped with necessary testing and safety equipments and shall follow all the safety measures strictly.

This contract shall cover the annual i.e 12 months maintenance,running,operation and testing of the fire fighting and fire alarm system as per the scope of the work contained in the main abstract.

This will also include the minor repair,such as replacement of MCP Glasses,Panel Cards,Rubber Gasket,Bearing for motor pumps,Fuses links,Gland Dory etc.as and when required.

Competent service engineer/technician will be required to attend break down calls as and when intimated within the least possible time but not more then 24 hours in any case, there is no limit of break down call.The sole responsibility shall be of the firm to keep the whole system in running condition round the clock.

The contractor will ensure that control system is attended/ maintained round the clock by his competent staff to ensure timely action in case of fire hazards.Any accident or damage during maintenance/operation will be the responsibility of the contractor and the Employer will not entertain any claim,compensation,and penality.on this account or on account of non observation of any other requirement of law relevant to his work.

The work shall be carried out as per direction and up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

The contractor shall have to submit the detail of person employed to the department with the address/ID proof.

The Contractor shall have to ensure the emtry of only authorized persons into the building/control room.He shall ensure the safety of all the system equipments and material in the control room.
