Civil

Excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides levelling the bed and depositing the excavated material away from the work site etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, supplying,filling clean dry sand of approved quality from approved quarry at worksite, conveying the same and filling in foundation and plinth with sand in 9" thick layers well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of materials and labour and T&P required for the work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc complete (measurement will be taken on finished compacted section) only.

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of proportion(1:3:6) in foundation and floors(i.e. below the base course of the flooring) using cement, 40mm. Size crusher broken H.G.Metal and screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry inclduign hoisting, lowering and laying concrete to the required level, ramming,watering and curing etc. completek to required levels, laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading,royalities and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour,T&P required for the work including shoring,shuttering anddewatering(if required)including hire and running charges of water pump required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete having compressive strength at 28 days test not less than 300 kg/ sq.cm for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , including the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and excluding reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, and hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials with all labour,Labour cess and T&P required for the work improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Flyash . Brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) using the bricks of size (25cm X 12cm X 8cm) of crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance plus minus 8% after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in foundation and plinth and basement and for ornamental flower beds plinth moulding and similar such type of works with all necessary projections, circular moulding, corbelling, champering, watering and curing etc including lowering placing in position, shoring, shuttering, dewatering if necessary and cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

SUB-STRUCTURE

Flyash . Brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) using the bricks of size (25cm X 12cm X 8cm) of crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance plus minus 8% after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in superstructure including hoisting placing in position, scaffloding splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, champering and similar such type of works watering and curing etc including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

SUPERSTRUCTURE

Providing M.S/TS Reinforcement for Cutting, straightening, coiled or bent up M.S/T.S rod (HYSD Fe 415) bending, binding, welding and jointing if necessary and tying the grills and placing in proper position as required for R.C.C work including hoisting, lowering and laying, cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S/T.S rod and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work for binding and tying the grills including all cost, conveyance, taxes of materials and labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Part-A (Ground floor)

6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in finished smooth over roof slab after cleaning the surface including watering, curing complete with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) in finished smooth to surface of brick walls after raking out joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) in finished smooth surface brick walls after raking out joints including watering, curing complete with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing steel Angle iron door and windows as per approved design and drawing including all cost of materials and labour etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Painting two coat with approved synthetic enamel paint to new wood & iron work including cost, conveyances, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Wall painting two coats with Weather coat paint (1st quality) exterior grade of approved make & with a approved quality primer to make an even finished surface in all floors and heights with all scaffolding and staging charges including cost, conveyance, cost of all labours, T & P, sundries etc. as required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Outside

Wall painting two coats with Acrylic paint(plastic emulsion) of approved quality of premium brand of approved quality & colour at all heights to the interior surface of the wall to make an even finished surface including sand papering, applying putty wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking, all taxes , cost of all Labour , Labour cess,scaffoldings, staging, sundries,T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Inside

Providing, Fitting & Fixing of 8 mm. to 12mm. thick matte Vitrified Tile ( of size 600m.m x 600 m.m ) of printed series confirming to IS specifications having minimum breaking strength 1400 kg/sq.cm in flooring in all floors at all heights on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar(1:4) to proper slope, line and level including cutting to required size and shape, fixing at corners and splays etc. including filling the joints with silicon sealant to match the shade of Vitrified Tile as per the design & drawing including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking,royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T & P, sundries, watering & curing etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make Johnson/Kajaria/Rak/Ceramic or equivalent

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Chequered tiles in floors of approved make laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with slurry including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Fixing Vetrified tiles in dadoos on 12 mm thick cement mortor ( 1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to matchthe shades of tiles including rubbing and polishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6.7mm & down grades size hard granite crusher broken chips on new work in Ground Floor
