Dismantling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately

Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.11

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. WBM Grading- 3 (A) By Manual Means. (including all lead and lift upto site)

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement with M40 grade grade of concrete blocks having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 complete including carriage.

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Providing & fixing retro – reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and technical specification Clause 801 ii) 600mm equilateral triangle

Cleaning and desilting of road side drain / cross drains etc. by mechanical means with adequate road safety measures by providing caution boards / safety ribons / proper barricading where necessary / proper lighting if necessary without damaging the foot paths / slab / road surfaces etc including immediate disposal of the semi liquid /silt / garbage floating materials / polythin etc taken out from the drains / culverts etc upto a lead of 20 km from the site within 24 hours as directed keeping the rpoad surface / footpath etc clean as directed by the Department. De siltation work will have to be carried out as and when necessary as directed by the Engineer in charge (measurement shall be taken on inside the drain wall)
