Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep hard /dense type of soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for poles/stay assebly/ cable, complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in replacement of bus bar chamber including taking down with MCB SP 10-16 Amps-01 No outdoor type made out of MS sheet 3mm thick with copper bus bar three phase & neutral fixed with insulators and fixing on pole with proper clamps, nuts , bolts & washers of required size and making connection of LT cables with thimbles and making good the disturbed wall surfaces incl water proof PVC sticker like danger mark all as required at site.

Scraping of old paint from the HT/LT pannel/bus bar fixed along PCC plinth without removing and preparation of surfaces for repainting externally. Repainting the bus bar /pannel complete externally by applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint incl fencing jali of approved colour and also repainting the plinth as per directed

Taking down old burnt out MCCB (of any size, make ,shape ) and supply and fixing new MCCB with the existing cable after making it good by cutting out the burnt parts of the cable/lugs, crimping new lugs as per the suitable size, connecting with the new MCCB along with spraders, testing complete all as directed and specified

Material and Labour for complete carryout the servicing to Split/Window type AC’s including taking down from the position, dismantling the sheet metal parts, blowing out the dust, carryout the chemical cleaning to chocked cooling coil & condenser coil, by spray the dilated chemical cleaning agent, till remove complete chocking, flushing across the coils, cleaning all the sheet metal parts, filter, grill and fixing all the dismantled parts with sheet metal screws, lubricating the fan motor bush / bearing, checking all the electrical connections, renew any burned legs / clip and fixing back to position and testing.(Note: Gas Charging if required will be measured and paid seperately).

M&L for servicing the Air handling units 8000 CFM capacity ( water cooled chiller type central AC plant ), with and including dismantling units, sheet metal parts, blowing out the dust, chemical cleaning by spraying the organic based scale removing agent (Vaniklin) at the appropriate ratio till removal of complete dust & scale deposits in the fin area of evaporator coil, flushing through for proper air flow across the coil, cleaning of expansion valve; greasing of blower motor, checking of electrical connection, cleaning of air filters,greasing of blower motor,replacement of un serviceable bearings, water drain lines, renewal of rusted sheet metal screws, applying synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on the rusted portion and testing & commissioning the unit all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note : Quoted rate inclusive of replacement of AHU fan belts and M/L for pre-filters will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for descaling of condenser of 50 TR chiller plant by draining condenser water from equipments and pipes. Recirculating water inside the pipes with descaling liquid solution(Carbon Tetra Chloride Solution) and flushing out 3-4 times. Recirculating fresh water inside the pipes and flushing out five to six times so that descaling liquid is completely cleaned out along with Scales from the pipe line complete all respect.

M&L for dismantling the defective induction motor of any make, any duty or any class of insulation from the bed, duly coupled with pump/ compressor, transporting to workshop, removing burnt out winding from stator/ rotor, rewinding with suitable gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make and replacing drive end and non drive end bearings, insulation materials, varnishing, heating, re-assembling, testing and commissioning of the following capacities including replacing base frame bolts & nuts, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down mono block type water pumps of 10 to 20 HP by disconnecting the power supply cables, water lines both inlet & outlet, providing dummy flanges with gasket and overhauling pump sets, renewal of the worn out gland packages/ seal pack, bearings, bushes and gasket packing, greasing cleaning & removal of the scale in impeller, assembling the pump sets fixing in position, inter connecting the suction & discharges, connecting up the cable, testing and commission the following capacity pumps, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 3 pole power contactor of 40 to 63 A rated operational current carrying capacity(AC3 duty), with coil operating voltage 230 V/ 415 V AC 50 HZ, complete all as specified and directed.
