Set, Lift and Gate Security of Jharkhand Bhawan premises by deploying neatly dressed workmen in 8 hour’s shift including necessary T&P like torch, ladder. tools and uniform etc. complete, as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing round the clock security guard without gun for watch & ward of Government premises and its all belongings by deploying neatly dressed security guards in 8 hour’s shift including necessary T&P like torch, lathi and uniform etc.complete,as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (One job means 8 hour’s duty).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :(One or more coats on old work) ( Fire/water supply Pipe Line)

Non - Sheduled Item (SERVICING AND TESTING OF ELECTRIC TRANSFORMER) Inspection, Testing and Servicing of Dry Transformer (400KW) once in a year through manufacturer. (IR testing, Voltage Ratio Test, Magnetic Balance Test, Magnetic Test et . job also includes remove the dust particle, tightness of bushings and bus bars, Visual Inspection, checking of Hardware for its tightness, WTI Relay Scanner checking and Programming.including Testing of Testing of transformers including (IR testing, Voltage Ratio Test, Magnetic Balane Test, Magnetising Cureent Test etc.)

Servicing of D.G. Set

Providing Service for both D.G. Set, 250 KVA, Engine Model- 6CTA through O.E.M. All consumables/parts shall be as per Cummins approved Standard including handling and shipping charges, complete Job as per Manufacturer specification and Direction of E/I.
