Providing & Applying seamless Acrylic based chemical waterproofing system with minimum 1 mm DFT (dry film thickness) including surface preparation as per general notes, primer coat, reinforcing membrane ( minimum 45 GSM) and multiple layers of chemical coat ( 2 to 3 coats as per manufacturer's specification), removing the existing damaged water proofing treatment, if any, all complete as per the manufacturers specifications and as directed by EIC, using any of the following waterproofing systems 1) Smartcare Damp Proof of M/s Asian paints 2) Dr. Fixit Newcoat of M/s Pidilite 3) Brushbond Roof Guard of M/s Fosroc 4) ShaliCryl® LM HI of M/s STP Limited, all confirming to the following technical requirements: Physical / Chemical properties: Sp. Gravity Solid contents : 1 +/- 0.2 Tensile strength @ 14 days : 0.5 N/mm2 to 1.0 N/mm2 Elongation : 100% minimum UV Resistant : Continuous 500 hrs (min) as per ASTM D 4587 Tested as per manufacture speciations

(i) Over terrace slab, top of water tank and parapet etc. at all levels

Removing/dismantling existing integral cement based waterproofing treatment upto slab at patches and redoing the same by Providing & laying cement based water proofing treatment of agency approved by the department at all floors and locations including preperation of surface as required for the treatment of roof, balconies,terraces etc. consisting of following operations. a) Applying & grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg / sq.m of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 over the RCC slab including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying cement concrete using broken bricks / brick bats 25 mm to 100mm size with 50 % of cement mortar 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand )admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 over 20 mm thick layer of of cement mortar of mix 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5coarse sand ) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound torequired slope and treating similarly the adjoining wall upto 300 mm height including rounding of junction of walls and slabs. c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS -2645. d) Finishing the surfaces with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS - 2645 and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making of 300 x 300 mm square. e ) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for aminimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as specified and as directed by E.I.C.

With average thickness of 115 mm and minimum thickness 65 mm at drain point

Removing/dismantling top layer of existing integral cement based waterproofing treatment upto brick bat top and redoing the same by Providing & laying cement based water proofing treatment of agency approved by the department at all floors and locations including preperation of surface as required for the treatment of roof, balconies,terraces etc. consisting of following operations. a) Applying & grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg / sq.m of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 over the RCC slab including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Finishing the surfaces with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS - 2645 and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making of 300 x 300 mm square similarly the adjoining wall upto 300 mm height including rounding of junction of walls and slabs. c ) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for aminimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as specified and as directed by E.I.C. Note:- No extra payments shall be made for extra thickness due to undulation, breaking damages, improper slope, making waterdrop notch on parapet wall. Agency shall quote rate accrodingly.

a) With average thickness of 20 mm

Providing, casting and fixing Cement concrete blocks of 300mm X 300mm X 400mm (or other required size) of 1: 1 1/2 : 3 Grade for providing supports to the water supply lines including bedding mortar, form work etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of existing electrical / communication cables from parapet wall, walls etc and Refixing the same to the required location after completion of work.

Supplying and fixing following size PVC-SWR pipes and Fittings for soil, waste,vent and rainwater pipe lines consisting following items of work:- i) Supplying PVC - SWR pipes and fittings conforming to IS 13592 of approved make and standard PVC clamps ( approx. 3.2 mm thick ) and nails or MS galvanised clamps having minimum 3 mm thick for fixing the pipe. ii) Fixing the pipeline vertically to plumb, keeping the pipe barrel 50 mm away from the wall face, using PVC or MS galvanised clamps Including scaffolding. iii) Providing and fixing PVC Domed roof outlet (grating ) for RWP & PVC cowl for waste / soil pipe. iv) Jointing the PVC pipes and specials by PVC solvent cement, rubber lubricant with rubber rings or any other approved equivalent method. v) Laying the pipeline below the ground to proper slope and gradient for making connection of soil and vent pipeline ( Vertical stacks ) with inspection chamber or manhole and waste water pipeline with gully trap chamber including the cost of cement mortar, water proofing compound etc., testing the vertical pipeline by smoke test and horizontal pipeline by 600 mm head of water and rectifying the leakages, if any all complete . vi) Cutting or making hole in RCC or brick work and reinstating the surface to it's original condition after passing the pipe with cement mortar / cement concrete etc. by adding approved water proofing compound. PVC - SWR Pipe & Fittings ( TYPE-B )

c) Providing and fixing spout 75mm dia 500 mm long including removing existing GI spout at various locations and levels including cost of labour PCC etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Rate quoted shall be for each item including removal of existing damaged material and depositing to Deptt. Stores / disposing off the debris in side Colony.

Removing, re-fixing, laying, jointing, testing & painting existing M.S. galvanized pipes including fittings like elbows, collars, tees, unions, couplings, reducers, enlargers, bends and all other fittings required for the completion including laying under floors, chasing, in walls, roof slabs and making good the same to the original conditions, including the cost of all jointing materials like hemp yarn, white or red lead, clamps, wooden gutties, screws, cement, sand etc., including proving pvc sleeves at wall/concrete portion of pipe complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing, laying, jointing, fixing, testing & painting heavy quality (Class 'C') M.S. galvanized pipes as per I.S. 1239-1968 including fittings like elbows, collars, tees, unions, couplings, reducers, enlargers, bends and all other fittings required for the completion except screwed flanges conforming to I.S.1239-1968 & also as per the code of practice of water supply in bldgs. of I.S.2065-1972 including laying under floors, chasing, in walls,roof slabs and making good the same to the original conditions, including the cost of all jointing materials like hemp yarn, white or red lead, clamps, wooden gutties, screws, cement, sand etc., including proving pvc sleeves at wall/concrete portion of pipe including removing the old damaged G.I. pipes & handing over to dept. stores, scaffolding, testing the pipes etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Sand faced cement plaster CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make,having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering, including using richer mix for making corners if necessary,at all floors and level, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, including acrylic based membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made curing compound Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals, Concure of M/s fosroc,Dr. Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification etc. including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering etc.complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC. Note:The contractor must take full precautions that original brick work is not damaged while dismantling of plaster. Incase of any damage the same shall be made good with 22g chickenwire mesh at his own cost . No separate payment for any additional thickness of plaster if any will be made. Contractor must visit site and acquaint himself with the condition of building.

a) 20mm Thick

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using acrylic based polymer and comprising the following operations: Important Notes: 1. Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site,simultaneous transportation and disposed at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. 2. Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other eqivalent. 3. Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars. 4. Polymer required for the work shall be procured by the Agency from approved Manufacturers Like M/s Astra , M/s Anuvi, M/s Apcotex or other approved equivalent manufacturer confirming to technical requirements as below and the invoices/challans etc to be submitted to EIC for record. Appearance: Milky white Ph- value : 9-10 Specific gravity : 1.055+/-0.005 Solid contents(%w/w)-: 44+/-1 Viscocity at 25 degree C temperature (in sec): 15-20 Testing of the material as per relevant codes at NABL approved third party Lab. is to be done by the Agency for every batch/lot of supply. 5. Bond coat should be applied @ 0.37 ltr./layer/sq.m. 6. Minimum FM of silica sand should be 2.10

a) Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 ltrs.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring /window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor / windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Polymer used for this work in KG shall be measured for payment.

Brickwork in cement mortar 1:6 in superstructure at all floors and levels using well burnt locally available bricks of approved qualit including scaffolding , raking out joints above ground level simultaneous pionting below ground level curing, scaffolding etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing & refixing of rainwater mouth at terrace with New SWR-UPVC connector piece including removing existing damaged pipe and fixing with new pipe, cementing of joint etc as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Pressure grouting through RCC slab / brick masonry by drilling hole in RCC slab to required depth without causing any damage to reinforcement, inserting ½” dia PVC pipe in hole securing the hole sides with cement mortar 1:2, pressure grouting with cement slurry mixed with approved water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement to required pressure, continuing the pressure grouting till the flow of cement slurry stops, removing the PVC pipe, sealing the hole with cement mortar 1:1, scaffolding etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Providing and fixing second class teak wood in frames of required sections for doors, windows, ventilators, clear storey window, partition, railing, battens & rafters etc. wrought framed and fixed in position including providing and fixing M.S. hold fasts of size 200 x 30 x 3 mm embedded in concrete block of P.C.C. 1:2:4 and fixing frame in position, labour for removal of door shutter carefully and refixing the same including applying one coat of approved wood primer & two coats of synthetic enamel paint to the exposed surfaces and two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of frames in contact with masonry concrete etc. including removing the old damaged frames and transporting to Deptt. Stores and making the adjacent plaster good to match with existing surfaces, etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing 25 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet) / Rajashree or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides including providing recessions for hinges and providing & fixing 3 nos 100 mm heavy duty S.S. hinges and 2 Nos. 200 mm heavy duty aluminium Aldrop baby latches, 2 nos. of 100 mm Al. Bow handles with back plate and all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC.

Supplying & fixing 18 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish shaft cover to be fixed over existing frame, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet) or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC.

Supplying & fixing 10 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish shaft cover to be fixed over existing frame, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet) or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and applying shrinkage crack filler of Dr.Fixit Crack X Paste or other equaivalant material including opening the loose part of the existing crack , making the same in V - shape in required depth & width, cleaning the groove by removing dust, oil, grass, loose particals etc., press the crack filler in to the crack one time only with a spatula or putty knite and level the surface etc. completed all as per manufacturer's specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying two coats of Dr. Fixit Fastflex high performance polymer modified cementatious water proof coating to interior walls and ceiling of over head water tank which consist of dewatering dead storage water from tank , providing scaffolding if required , through cleaning of surface with wire brush and by high pressure water jet / spray cleaning at the pressure of 100 Kg. sq.cm. to remove all loose laitance, dirt, oil and loose material, mixing two components ( i.e. powder and polymer) of Dr. Fixit Fastflex thoroughly without diluting with , applying two coats of Dr. Fixit Fastflex to walls, flooring, leaving one day gap between first and second coat, dry curing the coated surface for 7 days thoroughly cleaning of coated surface with high pressure water jet / spay cleaning at the pressure of 100kg./Sq.cm. after 7 days of dry curing, dewatering the reservoir after cleaning, providing proper lighting arrangement for illuminating the interiors of reservoir to enable proper workmanship and supervision, providing proper electrically operated exhaust & ventilating system for proper ventilation of interior of reservoir to avoid any toxicity to workers, taking proper safety precautions etc. complete all as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.5 mm (minimum) thickness GI CRCA sheet pre coated with high durable polyetser painted, at all floors, levels & locations, manufactured by approved manufactuter, the base metal shall be CRCA steel as per IS:513, having minimum yield strength of 240 MPa and minimum UTS of 280 MPa galvanized to 120 gsm zinc coating mass (total both sides) as per IS : 277, conforming to AS:35366 class 3 of Rustshield/ Corroshield, having approved colour, shade and profile, fixing the sheet using SS self tapping screws of suitable length @ 450 mm C/C (both ways as per availability of member) with drill machine including heavy quality bituminious / EPDM / neoprene washer, over structural steel members frame work over terrace including providing & fixing necessary ridges, gabels, valleys, gutters sections and including wastage, overlapps as per manufacturer's specifications, cutting, labour, scaffolding, machines, lifting, fixing etc complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by EIC. The total thickness of sheet, inclusive of all chemical treatment, primer and finished coats shall not be less than 0.50 mm. Mode of measurement: Actual area of roof coverings including ridges, eaves, gutter etc. after fixing shall be measured for payment. Corrugation, overlaps shall not be measured for payment.

Removing & refixing of Existing CRCA sheets at all floor and locations, including on site bending at required profile /shapes & sizes, including necessary ridges and gable ends, valley, fixing the sheet with self tapping SS Screws fixed with machine with bituminous washers/ GI bolt of 8 mm dia., at all levels including necessary scaffolding etc. complete all directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Strengthening the existing (already fixed) CRCA sheet by providing additional self tapping SS Screw's (size between 40 mm to 100 mm) with bituminous washers,by fixing of additional MS flat (MS flat will paid under relevant item),by straighten the sheet,by removing & refixing the sheet,complete all in line & level,at all levels complete all directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing & fixing stainless steel Anchor fastner 12 mm dia.and 160 mm long (approx) of Hilti make HSL-3 or its equivalent including drilling holes to required depth,cleaning the same and fixing of fastner in proper position at all levels etc. complete all directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel for sign boards / structural steel / Terrace water tank monkay ladder/ staircase hand rail with 2mm thick perforated stainless sheet panels using seamless pipe/tube of designed dia pipe, Square, tees, angles, plate and other sectiones as required for hand rail/grab rail /structural steel work with brushed finished/satin matt finished at stair case & lobby / passage and other locations as required, at all floors & levels conforming to SS-304 grade of steel and Relevant schedule, as per pattern & design shown in drawing / directed by Arch., EIC including necessary S.S bend, tees,brackets, base/cover plate, and holders clamps to hold pans in all size & shapes etc welding/nut bolt necessary anchoring, polishing and fixing in concrete/brick wall with S.S lugs/anchor fasteners ,making pockets, concreting, making good the surfaces including all wastages etc. as per specifications drawings,including removing existing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Structural steel work at all floors, levels and locations in grills, guard bars for windows, frames, Fence, pit/ trench covers, cover bracket for slanting chajja, trap door, railing, balcony hand railing, hoisting hooks, smoke vents etc. using angles, channels, I-Section, tees, flats, bars, chequered plates, plain plates, hollow section, bright bars etc. of required sizes including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding, erecting, making holes/ chases wherever required and fixing / embedding in position in concrete/ brickwork/blockwork/ marble/ granite stone with necessary hold fasts/ stainless steel screws & rawl plugs by drilling etc. and finishing the concrete/ brick work/ blockwork after fixing/ embedding including painting two coats of anti corrosive bitumastic paint on all unexposed surfaces and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour on all exposed surfaces over a coat of approved zinc chromate primer etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note:- All structural steel work shall be as per latest version IS:800 & IS:806. All Rectangular and Square Hollow Sections (RHS & SHS) shall be conforming to latest version of IS:4923. All rolled sections shall be of Grade E-250 and conforming to latest verison of IS:2062. Welding shall be as per IS:816 & IS:6227.

Using structural steel sections of specified grade (YSt 240 / 310)

Providing & erecting double bamboo scaffolding using minimum 75 mm dia best quality bamboo tied with coir rope & the horizontal & vertical members of the bamboos provided as required at spacing of not more than 900 mm apart both vertically & horizontally including providing cross supports as struts to tie the scaffolding properly to the building for maintenance / repair works of external surfaces of buildings as &when required including providing necessary safety belts to workers,dismantling the scaffolding after repair work is completed including cost of transportation, labour, safety belts etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: The mode of measurement shall be in square metre for the overall portion of external exposed surface area of buildings covered by scaffolding and the said area shall be measured flat. No deductions shall be made for any openings in the surface and the jambs / reveals.

a) Double Scaffolding

Providing and applying one coat of base primer (Apex Ultima protect of M/s. Asian paints or Aquatech of M/s. ICI Dulux or equivalent) and two top coats of acrylic water proof exterior coating of Apex Ultima Protek of M/s. Asian Paints / Weathershield flexx rainproof system of M/s. ICI Dulux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.47 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats,(base coat @0.29 Ltr/sqm & two top coats @0.18 Ltr/sqm ) for sand face surfaces including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. Complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: 1) The surface shall be cleaned with water jet with high pressure water pump spray of at least 100 kg/sq.m. and brushing/ rubbing with coir to remove all foreign materials etc. before painting work. 2) The entire treatment shall stand guarantee for water tightness from external treated surfaces and for bone dry conditions for a period of Five ( 5 ) years .The guarantee shall be given on the regular format of the Department under Conditions of Contract. 3) Lower consumption less than as mentioned will be recovered @ Rs. 450/ltr 4) Any leakages complaints received with a period of 5 years from the date of completion.The contractor shall employee sufficient labour and rectify the leakages immediately within 7 days of those of such complaint from EIC
