Material and labour for brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed block , coping , kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edge including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in surface channel including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed .

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed .

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wals, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 20 mm thick rendering with CM 1:4 in two layer , 10 mm thick in each layer and mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture on top layer of external surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finish the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note : ( Water proofing liquid admixture shall be measured and paid seperately )

Supply only liquid water proofing compound .

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces in ceiling and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 12 above but in ceiling.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying wall care putty 1.5mm thick and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer to wall to new plaster surface complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 15 above but in ceiling.

Dismantling of old GI barbed wire fencing of any description from RCC fencing post complete all as specified & directed. (Note. Each line of wire to be measured separately)

Supply, fixing Galvanized, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type or standard rails. Straining bolts. Including, securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complte all as specified and directed (Note : Each line of wire to be measured seperately)

All as per Item No.18 above but fixing only. (Seaviceable barbed wire obtained from item No.17 above shall be reused).

Supply chain link fencing 50 mm x 50 mm mesh 4 mm thick, made out of mild steel galvanised hot drip wire including provision of binding wire completed all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chainlink fencing including line wires , any mesh , size and type to any type of standards , rails , straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as and as directed .

Supply and Fix mild steel 10 mm diameter of shank screw bolts (machine made) with hezagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5 cm and n.exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed. (Bolt to be embeded into RCC fencing post while casting)

S&F MS 10 mm dia round bars (Fe-410-W (Gde E-250 quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165)) as line wire for holding chain link mesh including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of RCC/angle iron posts or struts embedded in concrete any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground and disposal of old debris to outside the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel Fe-410 (Grade E-250A) angle or tee section as in post, cut to length and bend to shape as directed, fixed independetly without connecting plate etc, including provision of 05 to 06 Nos gaps/cuts/holes in each post for providing/laying barbed wire and one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Supply and fix barbed wire shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in pavement/plinth protection , laid in bays and joints shall be filled up with bituminous gola with 80/25 bitumen ( 1 part of bitumen to be mixed with 3 part of sand and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge exc.63mm but not exc. 100mm ,deposited,spread and levelled in layers n.exc. 15cm thick,watered/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC type D2 (1:4:8) using 40mm garded stone aggragate as in , sub-base of floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade, with grey cement and pigments and layed over sand cusion complete all as specified and as direded.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes set, jointed with grey cement and pigment and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm garded stone aggragate as in , floors etc laid in bays and joints shall be filled up with bituminous gola with 80/25 bitumen ( 1 part of bitumen to be mixed with 3 part of sand and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stones mud stops, round or chamfered on edges including necessary formwork complete as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for precast RCC ( 1:1.5:3 ) Type A-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole/ drain cover and set in position with cement mortar ( 1:4 ) including demolition of existing unserviceable RCC cover slab complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type A1 1:1.5:3 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate)as in columns, pillars, piers,posts and struts , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 39 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 6 to 8mm bar, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in sides of column, lintel, beam, chajja, facia, railing, RCC wardrobe etc including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement / Transluscent ( Corrugated , semicorrugated etc.) sheets as in Roof covering , wall , ridge , hips valleys and flashings etc for the building structures not exceeding 10 m height from the average ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 2 mm thick Fibre Glass reinforced Translucent corrugated or semi corrugated sheeting conforming to IS: 12866-1989 ( Colour ) with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'L'type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts and washers in roof , walls etc for the building structures not exceeding 10 m height from the average ground level complete all as specified and as directed .complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for framed work as in steel doors of gates of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. Complete,conforming to Fe-410W (Gde-E-250) quality 'B', drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.60mm thick in steel gates, wall cladding and similar works, cut to size, holes punched, including round headed screws clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams including bending or turining up, mitred angles etc, as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel Fe-410-W (grade E-250) quality A framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surface exceeding 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plateforms and likein set or embeded on 10mm thick backing coat in ement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including rounding edges, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cast iron drain pipes 100/75mm, jointed in cement mortar obtained either from trenches/ wall as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 100mm bore cast iron (Sand cast pipes) soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to wall with MS clamp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 100mm bore cast iron bends (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm/ 450 X 350 X 7mm thick in skirting/ dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description including any treatment there to and in any position provided as in roof padding, roof curb etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (a) Demolition should be done carefully to roof slab. (b) Any damage occurred in the roof surfaces during demolition shall be made good by the contractor without extra cost to the department. (c) Disposal of old debris/retrieved material to outside the premises or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding laid in slope as per requirement mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Minimum thickness of PCC shall be 50mm. (ii) Integral water proofing liquid admixture shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item here in after.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane over PCC padding in roof with the following courses of treatment :- (a) Applying bituminous primer (IS 3384) @ 0.40 Kg per sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (MAKE : Pibial Primer of TEXSA or equivalent product of BITUMAT/ BITUNIL/SIKA) (b) Apply APP plastomeric bitumen based mineral finished water proofing membrane polyester reinforced (4 Kg/Sqm) with 10cm over laps and torch bonded at joints including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed. (Make of APP Membrane: Moply FP 4 Kg mineral of TEXA/WP Shield 103 PM of SIKA or Equivalent material of BITUNIL/BITUMAT. (Note :- Cost of cutting groove to parapet wall for inserting APP membrance and filling groove with cement mortar (1:3) is deemed to be included within the quoted rate.)

Supply and fix in repair vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests including 'P'or 'S' trap (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including provision of lime concrete bedding complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair viterous china Wash hand basin , white , flat back of size 550 x 400 mm including brackets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 10 litre capacity PVC valve less, symphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC 32 mm dia, for low level cistern including PVC connections 15mm size with brass nuts and washer both side of length 450mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Vitreous china wash down water closet pan ( pedestal pattern ) , white with necessary seat cover including connection to drain ( or out going pipe ) and to flushing pipe , antisyphonage pipe complete all as specified .

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No-77 above but for 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
