Providing and installing Testing & Commissioning of One No. Electrically driven Submersible Pumping set of reputed make capable of delivering 687 LPM against a head of 80 mtr (20.00 BHP) along with including M.S. Column Pipe of suitable size 100mm=50 mtr (in 3 mtr lengths each with flanges, screwed and welded on both sides) rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts submersible cable = 6mm2 = 100 mtr. (reputed make) complete in all respect as per standard Specifications.

Providing & Fixing Electric Panel Board (ISI marked) Consisting of electric appliances such as Automatic star Delta Push Button with oil immersed starter, Main switch, VM ampere Meter, E LCB, shunt capacitor, single phase Preconter, including lamps, Kit-kat etc. Complete in all respect.

Repair of Pump Chamber

White washing scraping inside of Pump Chamber as per CSR item no. 8.31 (a)

Scraping of snowcem robbiacem etc. (as per CSR item no. 8.31 (a)

White washing 2 coat inside of Pump Chamber

Finishing wall with exterior decorative cement based paint such as snowcem robbiacem etc. on new work in two coats to give even shade.

Applying Pink Primer or-aluminium priming coat including preparation of surface With special quality paint

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with ready mixed paint in all shades on old wood work With special quality paint Qty. as per item No. 5

Supplying & fixing glass panes including special metal sash putty of approved make.

Providing orange colour safety footrest of minimum 6mm thick plastic encapsulated as per IS:10910 on 12mm dia steel bar confirming to IS: 1786 having minimun cross section as 23mm x 25mm and over all minimum length 263mm and width as 165mm with minimum 112mm space between protruted legs having 2mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length on 138 mm as per standard drawing and suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specification and having manufacturer's permanent identification mark to be visible even after fixing, including fixing in manholes with 230x150x75cm cement concrete block 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 stone aggragate) complete as per design.

Applying priming coat with methal primer on new steel or iron work incluing preparation of surface and Painting two coats with ready mixed paint for metallic surfaces in all shades on steel or iron work with special quality paint.

Repair of terracing consisting of tiles 22.86cmx11.43cmx3.83cm laid of RCC slab

Providing and fixing of ceiling fan of reputed make such as Crompton or equivalent

Providing and fixing of electric tube set of reputed make complete in all respects.

Repair of OHSR

Providing & fixing G.I. Barbed wire 3 ply fencing around the head works site in three rows complete in all respects including cost of winding wire & aluminum painting complete in all respects

Providing & fixing angle iron pickets with angle 40mm x40mm x 6mm including cost of concrete block & painting complete in all respects as per standard Drawing D-8 & (as per Analysis A-6).

Providing & fixing D.Hook complete with MS Bolts size 300mm x 18mm as per standard Drawing D-7 & Analysis A-7

Repair of brick masonry corner pillar including cost of cement pointing including cost of material complete in all respects.

Repair of Gate pillar including cost of cement pointing including cost of material complete in all respects.

Repair and minor Replacement of existing pipe line

Providing, installing, testing & commissioning one no. Electrically actuated, diaphragm operated, Metering system, chemical dosing Chlorinator, suitable for delivering 0.5 to 0.6 litres of bleching powder solution/ sodium hypo solution per hour under maximum delivering pressure upto 7 kgcm^2 and suction lift not less than 1.5m as per DWSS standard Specification.

Automated water controller switch to start or stop the pump based on water reservoir level.

Component -2

Providing proposed water connection on existing pipe line to house hold up to wall with providing, laying jointing, testing G.I pipe lines 15mm i/d=2.50 mtr (as per CSR 28.36 (a) & MDPE pipe lines = 2 mtr including cost of specials such as tees, bends, sockets, elbow etc. cutting, threading, and testing in trenches in the ground and ISI marked 15mm i/d GM ferrule as per IS: 2692 and 3'' i/d clamp with c.i. bib cock 15mm i/d as per IS:210 with stainless steel spindle of approvel make as per CSR 30.65 (b) complete.

Providing, Laying, fixing & jointing of PVC Pipes as per ISI-4985 (ISI marked with the prior approval of Engineer-in-charge) along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting, jointing and testing including excavation & back filling complete as per specifications for more than 3 mtr street width included excavation.
