Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet as per IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in ridge/ valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall/ ceiling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc.) or insulations boards /slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets of any description including all snap grids and hanging arrangements complete all as specified.

Dismantling wooden fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sqcm in section in unframed works, in any position

Providing & Fixing of Armstrong galvanised Vector Micro perforated metal ceiling consisting of 600 mm X 600 mm Vector tiles of galvanized steel in 0.5 mm thickness with micro perforation having hole diameter as 1.5 mm and open area of 10%. The tile shall be powder coated Armstrong Global White color of 60-80 microns painted to a minimum of 120 gsm (both sides combined) galvanizing to be laid on Armstrong grid systems with 24 mm wide T - section flanges color white having rotary stitching on the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees. Back side of the tile will have Soundtex fleece hot pressed to achieve NRC upto 0.7. The tile edges should feature detailing like the Spring Kerf, Access Kerf & the reverse tegular Non Engaging Edge to hide the grid, creating a 6 mm shadow reveal and also provide downward mountability without any tools. The Vector edge tile shall feature security tabs to prevent unauthorized access. The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Prelude 38 with 24 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38 mm and a load carrying capacity of 15.0 Kgs/ sqm (as per standard installation layout mentioned below) & pull out strength of 100 Kgs. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per sqm and need to be installed with Suspension system of Armstrong make. The equivalent Make as approved by the GE shall also be used.

S & F in repairs 25 mm thick soft fibre acoustic wall panel of size 600 mm X 600 mm having sound absorption (NRC) of at least 0.90, fire performance of Class B-s2, d1 - EN 13501-1:2007, insulation value (R Factor-Watts) of 1.2 m² K/W, weight of 5.2 kg/m² , sag/humidity Resistance of RH99 including fixing with internal impaler hook made of metal including fixing and installation as per manufacturer’s instructions and by their approved installation agency complete all as specified and as directed Note: The scope of work shall be as per ‘OPTRA ACOUSTICAL WALL PANELS’ of Armstrong or equivalent as approved by GE.

Providing and Fixing Armstrong Channeled Woodworks perforated panels of width 192 mm, thickness of 15 mm and length 2400 mm, made of Moisture Resistant fibre board with minimum 595 Kg/m³ density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade & finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the visible surface has a “Helmholtz” fluted perforation of 3 mm width and 13 or 21 mm of visible panel each. The edges of the panels shall be “tongue-and-grooved” to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non-woven acoustical fleece having NRC of at least 0.50. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines using clips provided by Armstrong and shall be installed as per manufacturer’s instructions and by their approved installation agency complete all as specified and as directed Note: The scope of work shall be as per ‘WOOD WORKS PERFORATED WALL PANEL G13’ of Armstrong or equivalent as approved by GE.

Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed

S & F customised 90 mm acoustic chowkhats and shutter with Hi NRC (90%) & STC complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
