M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ of 2% as on other than fair face of brick or concrete surface finished surface even and fair all as specified and directed Note : Supply only water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in ceiling, finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces on walls two coat of primer paint, stopping nails holes and applying two coat of oil bound distemper with 1 mm wall care putty all as speified

M & L preparing new plastered surfaces on walls scrapping, rubbing down, washing etc. and applying two coats of ‘Apex’ of Asian paint or ‘Weather coat’ of Berger Paints over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 350 x 250 x 7mm /450x350x7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (squqre/rectangular)polished,area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm but not exc 1 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed
