REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGE CI/GI PIPELINE, CONTROL VALVE, VALVE CHAMBER ETC AT CHAKABAMA MILITARY STATION

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m in depth and not exc 1.5 m wide for taking out/laying GI pipes and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all specified/directed.

Removing excavation soil at a distance not exc 50 m and deposited where directed complete all as directed.

Returning,filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as directed.

Taking down the following size of U/S CI / DI pipe any size and type (including all fitting) with spigot and socket ends , lead joints including burning out joints and GI pipes from trenches/ floors of different sizes for replacing with necessary fittings and valves etc complete all as specified and directed.

(a) CI/DI Pipe 100 mm bore.

(a) GIpipe 40/50mm bore.

(b) GI pipe 25mm bore.

(c) GIpipe 20mm bore.

Supply & laying GI tubing medium grade glavanised with all fittings laid in trenches including connection of the following sizes:-

(a) 50 mm bore

(b) 40 mm bore

(c) 25 mm bore

(d) 20mm bore.

S&F in repairs gun metal gate valve screwed down high pressure with handle, Iron wheel (ISI marked) including taking down unserviceable gate valves complete all as directed. (Location : Jat Hill, CRPF Hill & Patiala Hills)

M& L for laying DI -K9 class pipe with internal cement mortor lining and external zink and bitumen coated pipes conforming to IS 8329 : 2000 with all required DI fittings complete with push on rubber gaskit , joint and other fittings including road cutting and making good with PCC and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rubber gas ket joint of 100 mm bore and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for DI fittings bends (any type radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend increasing or double socket etc) or double flanged for bends any radius, Tees tapers, adaptors, mechanical joint collars/caps/blank plates etc. as required at site heavy duty thickness of all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge .

S & F in repairs sluice valves, flanged end of class 1.6PN of size 100mm including taking down complete and all as specified and directed .

M&L for Construction of brick massonry valve pit chamber of inner dimension 105x105x105 cms suitable for sluice valves upto 100mm size, with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 for foundation, brick work in cm 1:6 rendering 1:4, 15mm plastering, coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, incl necessary earth work, including MS sheet cover of thickness 3.15mm on 40x40x6.0 mm angle iron framework including two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer with making provision of locking arrangement including demolished old valve pit complete all as specified and directed.(TD/EM/06).

Cutting of cast iron pipe and reducing to required length in position for insertion of new tee of size 100 mm dia . complete all as specified and directed.
