Taking down cement plaster of any description on stone /PCC block/ brick wall / top of chajja etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris to outside of INS Mandovi Area including filling of open joints in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm (10+5) thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers i.e first layer 10 mm thick and 5 mm thick outer layer mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of rate for WPC

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preperation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of anti fungal acrylic emulsion exterior grade paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, applying chalk whiting preparatory to distempering and distempering with two coats of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preperation of old plastered wall surface including washing down, rubbing down and stopping of distempered wall surfaces, applying 1 mm thick wall care putty wherever required and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preperation of old decorative wall surfaces, ceiling cornices etc by brooming, scrapping down dust particles, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts etc, making surface smooth by applying ready mix putty where ever required and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete vertical surfaces as back coat for tiling in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface, 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade, 600 x 600 x 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) in skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors (over plinth protection), with grey cement and no pigments complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; of Gde Fe 290 Gde E- 165), also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50mm thick, of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar for ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masony with solid blocks of precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying to coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples to aluminium windows complete all as specified and directed. Note: Aluminium u-clips will not be measured separately if changed during repairs.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.
