Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcements using MS / RTS rods for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel. Supply and fixing country wood scantling (first quality wood) for door frames including labour charges for making, applying anti corrosive paint on the back sides of frame and fixing the frame in position, etc. complete complying with standard specification. (The wood have to be got approved by departmental Engineers before use on work).

Painting new wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approve quality and colour over a priming coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive cost of all materials and labour including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer,,i/c., before use on works).

Painting two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of exterior primer using best qualityand approved colour of paint, brushes, scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specification. Paint, primer and colour have to be gotapproved by department Engineers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., before use on work).

Supplying and paving the floor with design mat finished anti-skid ceramic tiles of approved brand and quality of size 30cms X 30cms in all floors over a base mortar using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 20mm thick laid in situ true to alignment and pointed with colour cement (White cement mixed with colouring pigment) to suit the colour and shade of the ceramic tiles used neatly and fixed in position without any air gap in between the ceramic tiles etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The sample colour and shade of the ceramic tiles should be got approved from the departmental officers before use on works).

Dadooing the walls with best quality glazed tiles of approved design, colour of size 30 cm X 45 cm over the base plastering of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick and set in cement mortar 1:2 (One cement and two sand) and pointed with colour cement and finishing neatly as directed by the departmental officers., etc, complete complying with standard specification.
