and external areas including offices, kitchens, toilets, corridors, store rooms, basements, and garbage collection areas.Use only approved, non-toxic, and

environmentally friendly chemicals compliant with local health and safety regulations. Application shall include spraying, gel baiting, fogging, and dusting

methods as appropriate. Contractor to conduct inspection prior to each treatment and submit a service report after completion.

3 Special Repair /Overhauling of Electrcical Equipments

Dismantling of transformer top cover and inspection of internal parts (core, windings, insulation, connections). Draining of transformer oil, filtration/dehydration to

achieve BDV ≥ 60 kV, and refilling. Replacement of gaskets (top cover, inspection cover, bushing gaskets, etc.) with oil-resistant type. Replacement or cleaning of HV/LV

bushings and insulators. Replacement of silica gel and breather cotton; cleaning of breather assembly. Cleaning and repainting of transformer tank (inside and outside)

with approved epoxy/enamel paint. Replacement/top-up of transformer oil (new oil conforming to IS 335). Testing of transformer after overhauling: IR, TTR, Vector

Group, Magnetic Balance, BDV, Load & No-load tests. Re-assembly, connection, and commissioning of transformer with full load observation. Supply of minor

consumables (nuts, bolts, washers, paint, sealing materials, etc.).

Complete servicing, cleaning, and inspection of LT Panel and Sub-Panels including all accessories. Servicing and overhauling of ACBs (including mechanism,

contacts, interlocks, and relays). Checking and rectification of control wiring, terminations, and interlocks. Insulation resistance and functional testing of all

feeders and control circuits. Replacement of consumables (fuses, bulbs, push buttons, contactors, lugs, wires, etc.). Painting and finishing of panels (if

required). Final testing, load trial, and commissioning.

Repair and maintenance of Double Glazed Unit (DGU) glass panels, including inspection of existing units for condensation, seal failure, cracks, or structural

detachment. Work involves removal and replacement of damaged or failed DGU panels with matching specification (glass type, thickness, coating, spacer),

resealing of perimeter joints using compatible silicone or EPDM gaskets, and reinstallation in the existing or new framing system. Includes all necessary

scaffolding, suction lifters, lifting equipment, labor, and cleaning after completion.
