Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F non skid Ceramic tiles, coloured, superior quality 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350x250x7mm /450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as dado / skirting / risers to steps etc. jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down door/window chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc 1.50 and n.exc 4 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet, reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in opening with fittings as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain cover PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rails lock rail and bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement and supply & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and shown on drawing SSR Part-II (2004) all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6mm thick high pressure stem cured (HPSC) non-Asbestos fibre cement building board false ceiling white in colour with board of size 600x600mm with power coated aluminium snap grid frame work including cutting holes in brick wall built in cement mortar & making good in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 Cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed including all necessary drilling and necessary arrangement to fix electrical items as under:- (a) 25x25x1mm thick aluminium angle powder coated duly plugged @ 600mm centre to centre along perimeter of wall. (b) 38x25x1.5mm thick aluminium main tee powder coated as main and cross runners suspended with 6.0 mm dia GI wire suspenders (n.exc 1.2mtr length) with adjustable clamps and dash true fastners plugging in RCC slab/A.I Runner of slopped roof placed @ 600mm centre to centre from perimeter of wall. (c) Fixing of 6mm thick high pressure stem cured (HPSC) non-Asbestos fibre cement building board false ceiling with board of size 600x600mm of approved texture. NOTE: (i) The complete ceiling work shall be done as per manufactures instruction and as directed. (ii) The installation of false ceiling works shall be as per TD drg given in the list of drawing

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description from walls/ceiling etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for external rendering 15 mm thick in two layer, first layer shall be of 10 mm thick CM 1:6 and second layer of finishing coat shall be 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer insruction weight of cement on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall and finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note-WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of ceiling or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying 1mm thick cement base putty, making absolutely smooth and even surface and applying two coats of oil emulsion Distemper over a coat of chalk whitening primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling built in cement morter or cement lime morter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly steel surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in any type of soil for post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts including special shaped washer duly welded, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St 240 with one shop coat of Zinc Chrome primer paint including preparation of surface at contractor workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as per Specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for high tensile 550 MPA yield strength Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering The sheet shall have a hot dip metallic zinc aluminium alloy coating of zinc 43.5%, aluminium (55%)and silicon (1.5%) with total mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides. Covered width will be 1020mm and sheet length as per site requirement. The profile is having return leg for proper side lap. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self capping screws with EDPM seal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing of Granite and 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing of Granite and 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork for rough finish surface of concrete to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC nominal mix type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required ) for repairs, including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc. from tanks and mouths of circulating pipes etc. and hoisting, reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Reinforced) of any description and any position not other wise specifically cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces and apply one coat of Synthetic enemal paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonary of 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement morter 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete from existing conduits, from PVC casing/cappingwith all fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators ,sockets etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceiling etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down main switch/ DB's including MCB's with board and fixture of any description and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc. for reuse at site or carrying to the store (To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L point wiring complete with FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of size 1.50 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core drawn in and including 20mm dia 'medium grade' PVC concealed conduits and fittings, including cutting chasing in brick wall n.exc 10cm width or girth(excluding ceiling surface), pressed steel concealed terminal switch boxes not less than 1.2mm thick of reqd size factory made duly painted inside and outside with two coats of black bituminous paint over one coat red oxide primer, 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover (ISI Marked) fitted with chromium plated brass screws & washers complete including 1.50 sqmm nominal cross sectional area PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor green as earth wire connected to earth dolly with all accessories including making good disturbed surfaces with CM(1:4) with treating the surfaces as per existing finishes for the following :-

S&F Sheet metal enclosure vertical type TPN, 6 way Distribution Boards (DB’s), double door, suitable to accomadate MCCB FP, 415 V up to 160 Amps rating, protection calss IP-54, IK-09 made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyster with epoxy powder coated surface mounted as per IEC 61439-3, with copper bus bar of 250 Amp capacity for each phase , two neutral bars, two earth bars and cable ties for cable managment complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Note :- Amount of Rs. 2,97,069.00 indicated in Tender Documents as Schedule of Credit shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
