Excavation in trenches in any type soil n.exe 1.5 mtr wide and n.exe 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation laying of pipe etc n.exe 10 sqm on plan and n.exe 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : while removing the pipe line. Contractor shall replaced the broken tiles with new as per existing . The quoted rates including for all the materials / t&p / machinery used in this item no material can paid / measured seperately Note:- Contractor shall be ensure that after excavation and returning filling of trenches/road cutting quoted rate deemed to including resurfacing of PCC and caurber up to required length without claiming extra cost from department.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming hard / dense soil in layers not.exc 25 cm each layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Removal of excavated material & surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exe 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Taking up / taking out from trenches cast iron water mains of 150mm bore including all fittings with spigot and socket end and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Taking up / taking out from trenches cast iron water mains of 100mm bore including all fittings with spigot and socket end and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Cutting to cast iron/DI pipes of 150mm bore before laying in position for insertion of new tees, branches, bend and new connection etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- T&P required for cutting also included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply and laying of DI pipes of grade K-9 with Spigot & Socketted ends centrifugally cast in any length size of 100mm complete laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing and testing of CI/DI fittings for spigot and socket pipes such as bends (any type radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, descreasing or double socket etc), Tee piece single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collors, caps and plugs including dewatering suitable for pipes upto 150 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by engr in charge. NOTE : Excavation earth work in any type of soil/Rock and jointing of pipes shall be measured and paid seperately.

All as per item No. 10 above but for flanged pipes complete all as specified and as directed by engr in charge.

Supply and fixing in repair / replacement sluice valve cast iron with brass spindle PN-1.6 and fly nut flanged both ends and drilled for jointing wheel head type ISI marked conforming to IS 14846 including two flanged joints with nuts bolts and washers rubber insertion packing etc suitable for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Making good damaged surfaces of road to match the adjoining existing surfaces with using of paste premix bituminous 25mm thick polymer based material over WBM 75mm thick including rolling etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 120cmx120cmx120cm (internal dimensions of chamber) depth to be reconed from the top of PCC in foundation to top of MS cover with MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick including frame of angle iron 40x40x6mm with locking arrangement including painting two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc including brick work in CM 1:6 and 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 (internal & external) and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in disposal of surplus spoil to a distance not exe 50 mtrs 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 for base and PCC copping 15mm thick 1:2:4 using 12mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.) for upto 150mm dia valve.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe 50mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. .
