Supply, transporting, erection and fixing steel tubular swaged pole, 9.00 metres long, type 410 SP-31, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC in foundation 1:4:8 type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth block as specified in SSR Pt I, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, painting two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including 3 nos band/straps with blue paint (150mm wide each) synthetic enamelled paint at a distance 300mm from plinth block at a gap of 15 cm between two bands and marking pole nos with black synthetic enamelled paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing LT 1100 volts grade electric cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured (heavy duty) ISI marked with aluminum stranded conductor cross sectional area 70 Sqmm, 3.5 core, laid in trenches / duct / pipe etc complete all as specified and directed Note: Earthwork & excavation will be measured & paid separately under respective items

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth for laying under ground cable, cable ducts or for foundations etc and getting out including forming bottom surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of bricks sub class ‘B’, old size, laid flat, perpendicular to the direction of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for cable with river washed sand and punning to provide required cover as per SSR Part –I complete. Note-Only punned depth of sand shall be measured for payment.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable, outdoor type, straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 70 Sqmm, 3.5 core, XLPE armoured with aluminium stranded conductor, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of factory made street light panel suitable for single phase and neutral with 40 Amps MCB SPN - 01 No. and Contactor rating 32 TP including timer astronimical type suitable for operation on 230 Volt, 50 Hz AC supply with max load 12 KW and mounting on wall for control of street light/aviation light including connections with the cable gland aluminium lug, MS FIixing clamp, cutting the hole in wall of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for stay assembly rod of 20mm dia complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 complete including excavation and concrerte work as per SSR Pt I, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing & connecting LED Street Light fitting 70 Watt, 240 Volts with high power energy saving, pressure die cast aluminium housing, IP 65 protection, heat resistant toughened glass and connecting the fitting electrically to the system using 2 run of single core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated weather proof multi-stranded copper conductor cable including provn of single arm/bracket made out of 40mm bore light grade GI pipe)1.20 metre long) bend to angle of 120 degree complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of cable from junction box to fitting, GI pipe Bracket, flat iron clmaps, nut, bolts, washers etc complete in all respect.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of outdoor type cubical panel board, outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick and inner thickness made out of 2 mm MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front and back openable single door system (Each door hinged with body at 2 places and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/openable by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI for 35 MVA rupturing capacity at 415 Volts factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof confirming to minimum IP-54 protection and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93 comprising TPN copper bus bar 200 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size “F” class insulators not less than 0.5 mtr long. S&F SMC pole mounting box for street light control, FRP type approximate size 250X200X100 mm, single phase with neutral bus bar connection with locking arrangement including GI pipe of light grade of required size and length for connection of cable to junction box, necessary nuts, bolts and clamps of flat iron of size 25x4 mm, comprising of 01 No. MCB SP 6 Amps, 240 Volts, 10KA, 'B' series with proper fixing arrangements, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Tripod Earthhing (3 Set earthing inter connected to 1 set) maintenance free Earthing Solutions comprising with the following: - - Supply and fixing after digging bore of suitable size the CPRI tested and UL certified maintenance free earthing system having a set of copper bonded Earth Rod of 3 meter length, 17.2 mm dia made of high tensile low steel circular rods, molecularly bonded with 99.90% electrolytic grade copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness - 250 microns) with exothermally jointed copper bus bar of 200X25X6mm for long lasting and connection. Earth Copper bonded rod & exothermically jointed bus bar should be CPRI tested on 25KA fault current complete all as specified and directed by engg-in-charge for complete connections. - Qty 3 Nos. - Earth Copper bonded Electrode should be tested by CPRI, Bangalore - Current carrying capacity of Earth Copper bonded Electrode is 25KA/Sec.

Item 14.00 Contd..... - Supply and filling of carbon based, eco friendly earth enhancing compound of RHOS tested compound tested by NABL accredited Lab in compliance to IEC 62561-7 and having passed leaching, sulphur, corrosion resistivity test as per IEC 62561-7 an international standard for earth enhancement compound in compliance to IEC 62561-7 with a resistivity < 0.12 ohm-m, 25 kg of Jam Lite/Equivalent. Qty- 3 Nos. - Earth enhancing compound shall be free from corrosion, it shall be carbon based material and shall be free from bentonite and other hazardous substances. The product does not dissolve, deteriorate or leach out of time. It shall be highly conductive and improves earth's absorbing power and humidity retention capability, It shall be eco-friendly and chemically inert to sub soil. - Supply and fixing plastic Earth pit Cover of size 247mm x 338mm x 210mm having load bearing capacity of 8 Ton and complying IEC 62561-5. Qty - 3 Nos. Note - On testing after completion of job, if desired earth resistence is not found i.e. below 1.00 Ohms, the earthing shall be redone at no extra cost to the Govt.

Supply & fix copper strip 20mm x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws for roof conductors and down conductors above ground to extend earthing lead from pit to building wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 25x4mm, (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 15 mm dia GI pipe light grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh and 40 mm bore GI light grade earth strip protection pipe including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12mm dia round bar handle complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Earth lead wire and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item and additional earth strip/protection pipe etc. if any required at site shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’

M&L for air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long, discharge capacity 65 KA, including insulators, stay, PCC, excavation and earth work etc as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing & jointing 25 mm bore galvanised iron water tubes 'light grade' with and including all GI fittings such as flanges, unions, bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc., fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/drain/nallah/floor etc including flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/replacement for brazing of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 25 mmx3 mm, aluminium strip/earthing lead in any position including jointing by existing tinned copper/brass nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Each joint shall be considered for measurement purpose. 2. Existing nuts, bolts and washers shall be reused for jointing of strips. 3. Brazing shall be done with gas welding using brass electrodes
