Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53.22.4 mm sizes to water bound macadam G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for Grading 3 as per MORD Specification.

Brick edging on both sides of the road of first brick class M-150. 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the engineer-in charge of the work including material, labour and T & P etc for Proper completion of the work.. As per PWD S.I. No. 765

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 80-100 KN capacity, finished to required level and grades to followed by seal coat.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510
