Supply & Fixing in replacement LED Flood light fitting 30 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type, energy saving and environment friendly light fitting with electronic gear housed with high pressure die cast aluminum housing LED street light luminaires with IP66 protection complete as per manufacturer's instructionsand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (a) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 02 years for LED Flood Light fittings complete including from the certifiy date of completion of CA. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (i) Manufacturing defects. (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (b) All LED Flood light must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part -I/II,16103 Part -I, 16104,16105,16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (c) Scope of work shall include LED Light Flood fittings walls/ceiling which includes needful T & P and required accessories etc if any, complete including making connection, testing etc complete. No extra payment is admissible on these account.

Supply & Fixing in replacement LED Security street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type, energy saving and environment friendly light fitting with electronic gear housed with high pressure die cast aluminum housing LED street light luminaires complete with IP66 protection including all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (a) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 02 years for LED Light fittings complete including from the certifiy date of completion of CA. Supply and fixing in replacement of Security light bracket, 1.50 metres long, fabricated from 40 mm dia light-grade galvanised iron pipe, formed with a 30° bend, with and including flat iron clamps of size 40 mm × 6 mm, complete with suitable nuts, bolts and washers for securely fixing and bracing the bracket in position; the complete bracket and clamps duly painted with two coats of silver-coloured synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, including all necessary cutting, bending, drilling, fabrication, fixing and making good, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement junction box of size 300mm x 300mm x 250 mm made with MS Sheet 1.6mm thick, front door openable with fixing screw , painting with two coats of synthetic enamel power coated paint over with and including one coat or red oxide zinc chrome primer , with and including 04 Nos. aluminium bus bars of size 25mm x 3mm mounted on epoxy based post insulators and drilled holes for connection , wih and including 01 No. MCB SP 06 amps 10 KA , 'C' curve , with and including magnetic lock system all as required and fixed to poles with and including using MS strip of size 32mm x 6mm and nuts & bolts of required size all as required at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement outdoor-type SMC junction box of size 170 mm × 170 mm × 105 mm, made of one-piece moulded SMC, complete with hinged door (right- or left-hand opening) and fixed base, securely mounted on the pole with suitable fixing arrangement; provided with single electrolytic aluminium bus bars for phase and neutral, duly supported on FRP insulators, cut-outs, suitable cable inlet and outlet arrangements and provisions for cable connections, with and including one No. SP MCB, 6 Amp, ‘C’ curve 10 KA, for control of pole light, together with all necessary internal wiring, connections and accessories, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old unservicable Steel tubular pole with and including embeded portion of PCC foundation with and including Material and Labour Steel tubular poles type 410 SP-31 (9.00mtr long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts nuts & screws complete all as specified including internal surface of steel tubular pole through out and external surface up to planting depth shall be painted with bituminous paint and remaining external surface shall be treated with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete and painting upto 1.5 mtr with alternate layer of yellow & black including marking Sr No of the poles , with and including excavation and earth work such as excavtion, returing filling ,removal and form work compete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes:- 1. The rate of Necessary earthwork , such as excavtion, returing filling ,removal and form work is included in this item . Nothing shall be paid extra on this account. 2. Cement concrete work shall be measured and paid seperately in respective items of Schedule 'A' BoQ.
