Patch Repair of SH MDR ODR category of Road under Vidhan Sabha Purwa

Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density (Excluding cost of GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG_10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Excluding cost of GST)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects (Excluding cost of GST)

Repair of pot holes and patch repair removal of loose materials, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10, 20 mm thick open-graded premix carpet of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates and also followed by seal coat using Type C as per Technical Specification including cost of all materials, labours, T&P also including cost of bitumin. (Excluding cost of GST)
