IMPORTANT TERMS-CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

16 Server OEM/Bidder should have a local registered sales and support office in MP Region for faster on-site response after the complaint log. Incorporation Certificate/Gumasta Certificate must be submitted with the bid.

18 Server OEM/Bidder both shall not be Blacklisted / Banned / Debarred / Blocked / on Holiday Period with any of the State Govt. / Central Govt. / PSU / Academic / Research (R&D) Organization in PAN India within the last 3 Years. A notarized declaration from both bidder and server OEM to be submitted in this regard.

19 Server OEM/Bidder shall submit PO Copies of similar work in last 5 years along with installation reports/project completion certificates from the end user.

20 Server OEM/Bidder shall be responsible for providing support and installation services for this infrastructure. Server OEM/Bidder shall submit a list of technically qualified engineers available with them locally who have the expertise of handling the scientific applications / Al /ML used in the HPC Community. If the bidder is not able to handle the same then the server OEM has to overtake and provide the same.

21 Server OEM/Bidder should be supplying all the required accessories with the above solution. IISER Bhopal will not pay any additional amount.

22 Five Years (05 Years) Onsite Support & Onsite Warranty on all items must be provided by Server OEM’s/Bidder’s engineer. The turnaround time should be 24 Hours (normal hours not working hours) after registering the incident.

23 Open-Source Licensing: All the required software suits to manage the hardware should be provided by OEM/Bidder. Any cost required should be borne by the OEM/Bidder. To complete the installation and supply of the HPC cluster, if any additional item/license/software is required, then it will be provided by the OEM/Bidder.

24 Separate costs should be provided for each component of the GPU Server e.g., 64/128 GB RAM, 141 GB GPU, etc.

25 Additional purchase of any item of the HPC cluster will follow the same terms and conditions and same quoted price in the bid.
