Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)(HSR 7.20.1)

Providing and laying of precast terrazzo tiles 20 to 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of sizes up to 12 mm, in skirting and risers of steps not exceeding 30 cm in height, on mm thick cement plaster 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing omplete with tiles of: Light shade pigment using white cement(HSR 10.28.1).

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete inter1ocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of pproved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over (BIS 15658:2006) and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand tc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (HSR 10.76)

Cement Concrete 1 :8:16 Flooring. Cement Concrete 1:8:16 with stone aggregate 40 mm size in foundation and plinth.(HSR 10.100.2)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)(HSR 11.5.3).

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get en even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material , labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete (11.58).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer (HSR 11.64)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having voc (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats (HSR 11.66.2)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel tc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works(HSR 13.29.2).

Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality: 22.96.1 15 mm nominal bore [HSR 22.96.1)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete(HSR 30.21)

Providing and fixing in position ceramic glazed tiles with printing of logo, letter (Hindi or english etc. in any size and pattern as per requirement fixed in cement mortar 1:3 complete in all respects ( as per required/approved by the Health departmenyt (NS)
