S&F in repair, testing and commissioning weather and vermin proof factory made manufactured by a CPRI approved factory, floor mounted, out door cubicle type double door totally enclosed LT panel fabricated out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet with extended hood to arrest rain beat with MS angle iron frame made out of angle iron 45 x 45 x 6 mm suitable for operation on 3 phase 4 wire 415 volt 50 HZ system, dust & vermin proof, front and rear operated, hinged panel doors covers two sides openable with handles , locking arrangements and consisting of sufficient number of cable cutting holes at bottom for inserting incomming /out going cables with suitable PVC /Rubber bushes to arrest entry of water /vermin etc and fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands to connect the cables of suitable sizes internal power wiring, adequat aluminium strips for bus bars and stranded copper cables size suitable to the capacity of MCCBs an other controls including internal compartments using 3 mm thick CRCA sheet metal powder coated connecting all cables properly and consisting of the following controls and fitment in LT panel complete all as directed by Engineer - in -charge.

M&L for Construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber of size (105 x 105 x 105cm (finished internal dimensions ) using sub class "B" brick masonry in cement mortar cm 1:4 including plastering internally in CM 1:4 including 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded aggregate over 100 mm hardcore and painted flush externally as the work proceeds and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in copping with repair/welding of angle iron frame 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm with 2 mm thick MS sheet cover two side open with 2 Nos hinges each side and 2 Nos lifting handle and in built locking arrangement including lock and key and surface with two coats of synthetic black paint and a coats of red oxide paint on steel surface including necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work in any type of soil to distance n.exc 50 m all as specified also included in this schedule of rate including returning/filling of earth and removing surplus soil as decided.

S&F in repair 200 MM ISI marked MS ERW pipes with all accessories like all fittings including tees, elbows, reducers, union, flanges, rubber gaskets, GI nuts bolts, washer, including supporting/fixing the pipe on floor/wall/ceiling with clamps, hangers, angles, channels (using anchor fastners) with painting of one coat primer and 2 or more coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.
