Sub Work No.1 :WATER TANK CAP 30,000 Ltr Capacity Item No.01 : Designing & Constructing RCC elevated service reservoirs of following capacity with RCC staging consisting of columns,internal & external bracing spaced vertically at not more than 4.5 meters C/C,including excavation in all types of strata,foundation concrete,cement plaster with water proofing compound to the inside face of the container,including one coat of standard epoxy painting to the inside of the container as well as to inside face of roofing including refilling excavation pits / trenches, disposing off surplus excavated stuff within a lead of 50 m labour & material charges for errecting, lowering, laying, hoisting and jointing for pipe assembly of inlet,outlet/outlets,washout, overflow and bypass arrangement,providing & fixing accessories such as M.S. ladders for errecting into container, C.I.manhole, frame and ccover, water level indicator,G.I.Pipe railling walkway at bottom of container and the top as well,providing spiral staircase fromground level to the top roof BB masonary chambers for all valves, domed ventilating shafts etc including giving satisfaactory water tightness test and providing three coats of snowcem paint to all the exposed surface etc complete as per design data criteria, obligatory requirements and as per detailed specifications the job to include painting the name of scheme and capacity of the reservoir. a) Capacity 30000 liters staging 3.00 M Cost of 25000 Ltr 975465/- Add 5000 Ltr @ 20.39 = 101950 Total Rs 1077415 Deduct 23% for 9.00 M. 247806 Net Amount - 829609 Add 5% IV Zone - 41481

Item No. 02 : Providing and supplying ISI standard CI double flangged pipe incluing all taxes railway freight, insurance,unloading from railway wagaon loading into truck transport to store / site etc complete. CIDF PIPE 80 mm Dia

Item No. 03 : Providing and supplying ISI standard CI flangged and S & S specials including all taxes railway freight, insurance,unloading from railway wagaon loading into truck transport to store / site etc complete. Upto 300 mm Dia

Item No. 04 : Providing,errecting,connecting double flanged short body pattern type manually operated Butterfly Valve having body, disc and end cover in graded cast iron to IS 210 Gr. CF 200 generally conforming in BS 5155,Synthetic rubber faced ring secured on disc by retaining ring with stainless steel csrew stub shft of stainless steel riding in teflon bearing excluding C.C. foundation / structural steel support confirming to IS 13095-1991.

Sub Work No.2 :Consruction of Water Tank And RO Plant Item No.01 : Providing and laying in situ Cement concrete M-15 1:2:4 of trap / granite / Quartzite / gneiss metal for foundation ad bedding inclduing dewatering compacting and curing etc complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Item No.02 : Providing Second class Burnt Brick Masonary with conventional / Indian standard type bricks in cement morter 1:6 in foundation and plinth of inner wall / in plinth of external walls including bailing out water mannually, striking joints on unexposed faces, rackin out joints on unexposed faces and watering etc complete.

Item No.03 : Providing structural steel work in single stanchions composed of RSJ,channel, etc. with caps, bases mild steel plates,angles, brackets, cleats, gusset plates, anchor bolts, etc.as per detailed design and drawing or as directed by Engineer incharge including cutting,fabrication, hoisting,erecting,fixing in position, making riveted / bolted / welded connections and one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it two coats of oil painting,etc.complete.

Item No.04 : Providing and fixing corrugated galvanised iron sheets of 0.63 mm thick (24 B.W.G.) for roofing with outwind tiles including fastening with galvanised iron screws and bolts, lead and bitumen washers as per drawing etc. complte.(Weight of 5.5 Kilogram / sq.m.) corrugated galvanised iron sheets of 0.63 mm thick

Item No.05 : Providing and fixing steel frame door of angle 50 x 50 x 6 mm with mild steel bars 16 mm dia. Horizontally at 10 mm c/c for ventilator portion including iron hold faset boxes for fixing shutters inclduing welding, finishing, painting etc.complete. steel frame door.

Sub Work No.3 : Providing & Errecting Water Treatment Plant(RO Plant) Item No.01 : Providing and errecting Water Treatment Plant(R.O.),1000 liter per hour capacity incorporated with Sand filter, Carbon filter, Annti scalant dozing, RO pre micron filter, R.O. System, U.V.system, Raw water storage tank 2000 liter, Treated water sorage tank 1000 liter, Filter feed pump, Raw water pump, Pressure sand filter, High pressure pump, A.T.M. system, all components of R.O. plant will be fitted on full size SS skid etc.complete as per details and Specification ANNEXTURE enclosed herewith.

Item No.02 : Providing & erecting M.S. angle stand for pure water storage tank including cutting, drilling,welding,rivetting and painting etc complete.

Item No.03 : Fuse Bridge. Providing,errecting HC pattern porcelaing fsue bridge with base and HC fuse links 500 volt,32Amp.capacity.

Item No.04 : Supplying & erecting double pole metal clad switch with HC type fuse and neutral link 240 V, 32 A on iron / GI frame.

Item No.05 : Armoured cable. Supplying, erecting & terminating XLPE armoured cable 2 core 4 sq.mm.copper conductor.
