Supply, installlation, commissionig & testing of Silent Diesel Generating set, AC, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, capacity 320 KVA/256 KW with CPCB IV+ approved accoustic enclosure, radiator cooled , diesel engine devloping 395 BHP at 1500 RPM, complete with standard accessaries, coupled to alternator rated at 320 KVA/256 KW, 415 volts, mounted on channel iron base frame, complete with fuel tank of capacity 615 ltrscapacity & DEF tank of 60 ltr capacity with AMF Control Panel including 2 Nos 12 Volts rechargeable lead acid battery of suitable AH as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including disconnecting serviceable LT UG cables from existing LT panel board & old DG Set etc and reconnecting to new DG Set & AMF panel as required and directed at site complete. Alternator Specifications: Alternator suitable for continuous operation generating 320 KVA at 1500 RPM, 415 Volts, 0.8 power factor (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system, confirming to BS 5000 / IS 4722. The alternation is brushless type, screen protected, revolving field, self-excited, self-regulated through an AVR. The alternator has the following features: - - + 1.0% voltage regulation (max.) in static conditions. - IP: 23 protection with insulation class H. - Permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation.

Supplly and fixing LT UG cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade , PVC insulated, armoured, heavy duty, size of cable 300 sq mm 3.5 core X 2 runs, Make: Havells/L&T/ legrand.

Supply & fixing MCCB, 400 amps 4 pole. 415 volts, 50 Hz, Breaking capacity 45 KA, frame- HIM400 make: Havells/L&T/ Phillips.
