Providing brick soling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete. (a) Brick on flat soling.

Plain cement concrete works with course aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, for walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (Shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately) (a) In prop 1cement: 4 sand :8 coarse aggregate by volume

Plain cement concrete floor base in prop1:3:6 laid in alternate bays as specified with coarse agg. of size 13mm to 32mm including dewatering if necessary, and curing etc. complete. (C) 50mm thick

Pre construction anti-termite treatment with aqueous emulsion having concentration 1:19 with chloropirophose solution (tricel or equivalent) and water. This provides emulsion containing 1% chloropirophose solution (by weight)- at the bottom of foundation pits and walls on either side up to a height of 300mm from bottom of the excavation made for column, plinth beam, wall, trenches etc. by applying the emulsion @ 5 liters per square meter of the surface area before starting construction work (supplying of necessary tools and accessories by the contractor) as per the direction of the Department complete. b) with aqueous emulsion having concentration 1:499 with Premise 350 SC (imidachloprid 30.5% SC) and water i.e.0.07% solution

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick to cement concrete 1:3:6 with coarse agg.of 20mm nominal size including finishing the surface with 10mm thick cement plaster in proportion 1:3 with a floating coat of neat cement finished.

Providing drain with cement concrete (1:3:6) 100mm thick sides 100mm thick bed over brick flat soling including 15mm thick cement plastering in proportion 1:3 finished coat of cement slurry as directed with necessary shuttering for sides and earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches and refilling the sides after completion of work etc as directed. 300mm wide and average 150mm deep with bed slope 1 in 150 with initial depth of 100mm.

Applying one coat of alkali resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Wall painting (two coat) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on new surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.
