Replacement, providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of pendant outlet valves etc different gases in main OT complex SKIMS Soura under following general specifications and specifically for the exiting pendants in OTs of SKIMS Soura. The medical gas outlet back body shall be manufactured as one piece brass construction with an external diameter of 33 mm cylindered part on an equilateral tripped with edge length of 55mm and thickness not less than 4mm and pieced with three holes of diameter 5mm each at three vertices for fitability with the existing vertical pendants. For positive pressure gas service the outlet shall be equipped with primary and secondary spring system and shall be rated at a maximum of 13 bars with a working pressure of 4 bars. The flow rate shall be as per NEPA and pressure testing of each outlet shall be 100% . The outlet valve as an assembly to eliminate interchangeability of gas services and shall be about 25mm thickness adjusted. The assembly shall be provided with the probe front loaded outlets.
