PV Module : Only Indigenous modules confirming to IS 12834:2013 and shall be approved by ALMM, used in the project. SPV module of (36 cells in 110Wp) Capacity 440 Wp(110WpX 4 nos), Voltage at Maximum Power (Vmpp) 18.0V±0.3% Module Voc should be minimum of 22 V. Module efficiency should be >14.8%
Battery : Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LifePO4/ LFP) 12.8 Volt, 50Ah (4 nos x 50 AH) at STC
Light Source : 72 Watt LED (4nos. x 18W) LED High Mast Light Fiting with mandatory driver set having die cast aluminium body and lenses suitable for As per Description Of LED Light. Confirming to IP 65/66 protection, High power LED with lenses, 130 lm/W, PF>0.95, THD<10% at Full load, CRI>70, with 5 years warrantee. Catagory AAA, (LED Street Light Model Should be Certified By UP PWD AAA Category) LED Street Light Model Should be Certified By UP PWD AAA Category, White "colour temperature 5500-6500k, the lumens output "luminous flux" of luminaries should be ≥ 2250 Lumens.
Mounting of light, Controller and Battery pack : The pole should be hot deep Galvanized Iron Octagonal pole in single length for 7.0 mtr. Height as per specification as under:
• The Octagonal poles shall be Hot dip galvanized. The material of pole shall be as per specification of BS EN 100025 , ISO 1461.
• The size of the pole shall be min 75 mm at Top side, 150 mm at bottom side with thickness of 4 mm minimum.
• The base plate of pole shall be of size 260 X 260 X 18 mm duly welded to pole.
• Pole should have the arrangement at top for mounting of Solar panel of design capacity with mounting structure at an angle of latitude +20 degree.
• The four LED luminaire shall be mounted on this pole at height of 6.5 meter from pole bottom.
• The pole shall be mounted on suitable RCC foundation at least 1.25 meter deep and 0.5 meter above ground with 4/6/8 bolt of min 20 mm size
• The Nut -Bolts in battery box and panel structures should be proper riveted to ensure the theft.
• The design and foundation details of the pole shall be got approved from Nagar Nigam before execution of work.
