RequiredThe Agency is solely responsible for the declaration of works on hand which are in any stage. If it comes to the notice of the Tender calling authority that the declaration submitted by the agency is wrong, the tender/allotted work will be Rejected to the agency in stage of the work. The Tender calling authority has the right to cancel the work in any stage of the work.
RequiredThe Service Provider has to deploy Mechanical Sweeping Machines as per the requirements of the Project and to ensure adequate reserve machines so that work is not hampered. The maintenance of machines will be the responsibility of the Service Provider
RequiredThe bidder should submit RCs owned/ leased Truck mounted mechanical sweeping machine with compact heavy duty vaccum sweepers with single/double engine. All vehicles should have year of the mfg on or after 2018 at the time of submission of bids. In case of leased vehicles must submit MOU on Rs 100/- bond paper with the original owner and vehicle number on or after the tender published date

RequiredAttach certificates issued by the Executive Engineer concerned and countersigned by Superintending Engineer indicating the balance work to be done, and likely period of completion or RA bills signed by EE's / payment made by PAOs / Presented to PAOs (or) The total value will be considered as on hand work.
RequiredThe bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar nature of work in any 1 financial year during the last ten FY which is equal to 50% of the ECV in similar nature of work in any Government organizations issued by Engineer In charge of own/leased vehicles undertakings not below the rank of Executive engineer and counter signed by the officer not below the rank of Superintending Engineer
