Stucco Plastering 12mm thick using blue granite chips of size 10mm and below over a base plastering with cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Painting 2 coats with approved cement paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface and including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete.

Fabrication and supply of iron ornamental compound gate of reqd size with 45 x 45 x 6mm ms flat 18 gauge GR sheet 40cm wide at centre with hinges and all furniture with one coat of red oxide paint incl.fixing charges etc. complete.

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour with out priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.
