Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for foundation of poles/laying of cables/stay/strut etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plain and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Retuning, filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable to trenches, then gently punned down to a depth of 100mm above the top of the upper-most cable complete all as specified and directed Note : Measured thickness i.e. 180mm

M&L for brick protection cover of UG cable by old size bricks common burnt clay building bricks sub class 'B' laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and laying of UG cable of any size/any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement GI pipe light grade 50mm nominal bore for passing of cable fixed to poles/walls/laid under floor/roads complete with and including fitting as required all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for HDPE conduit 40mm dia for crossing for cable all as specified.

M&L for making bore to road width under PCC foundations or road laying of cable putting GI pipe of 40mm dia for crossing for cable all as specified.

M&L for brick masonary valve pit of size 90cm x 90 cm x 90 cm (internal of chamber) depth of chember to be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation to top the MS cover as 60cm and including MS Sheet cover fabricated from 3.15mm thick MS sheet and frame of angle iron 50mm x 500mm x 5mm with fixing arrangement, hinges and locking arrangement and painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS cover and frame including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr, 150mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, brick work in cement mortar (1:6) 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) (both internally and externally) 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as directed suitable for upto 50mm dia.
