Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead 14.1.1 With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Making the opening for door/window/clerestory window in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/ rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground.

Fixing chowkhat in existing opening in brick/RCC wall with dash fasteners / chemical fasteners of appropriate size (3 nos on each vertical member of door chowkhats and 2 nos. on each vertical member of window chowkhats), including cost of dash fasteners/chemical fasteners. vide item at Sr. No. 2

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Renewing wooden battens (Budloo) in roofs, including making good the holes in wall and painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture complete including removal of rubbish to dumping ground all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and Fixing of Geyeser / water heater of 50 liter capacity of Standard quality including PVC connection tubes.

Supply and Fixing of bib taps / angle valves of standard quality

Providing and fixing of ceramic wall hung wash Basin (18"*16") of standard quality including PVC Connection tubes

Providing and fixing of Basin Mixer Tap of standard quality

Painting washable dry distemper at spots including all other charges complete
