M&L to carry out application of ‘Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' EPCO-KP-100 on concrete surface. This inhibitor has migratory kind of property which permits the material to migrate to a virtual extent of 100 mm, through pores of concrete, inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It has property to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), so it has no carcinogen activity with concrete

M&L for drilling and fixing Teflon nozzles in RC members, including, Drilling Holes:Drilling 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 300 to 500mm in staggered manner or as directed by the consultants in RC structural element. Cleaning of Holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Fixing of nozzles: Insert 12mm dia. Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing.Cure the system for minimum 12 hrs. Cutting of nozzles: Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M&L for Grouting Injecting Super low viscosity epoxy resin by pressure and using injector with accessories till nozzles refused to accept the grout, Including, Mixing of materials: Mixing material components in required quantities as per mfg instruction by weigh batching. Grouting: Fill the grouting gun with material, Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor maintain the pressure at exit (3 to 4 kg/Cm2) by monitoring pressure gauge at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements still its refusal. Seal the nozzle with Non shrinking Epox putty after the refusal. Monitor leakages through other nozzles while grouting and seal them as per requirement

(i) M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hr between the coats or equivalent of M/s. STP Ltd (ii) M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using Corroseal - ZR of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & casting & Repairing of excessively damaged members with Micro-concrete at all levels with all leads & lift or as directed including formwork, centering, scaffolding, & mixing , laying, levelling, and finishing including curing etc. complete (excluding steel reinforcement) for thickness more than 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar thickness upto 40mm thickness including leveling profiling etc. complete. Each layer should not have a thickness more than 20 mm with epoxy latex based bond coat before each layer

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood plain, solid straight chowkats and frame, wrought framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints including making good the disturbed surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick, Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. Stage 7 Carry out ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion. Notes: (i) Mode of measurement : Actual area treated (floor and adjoining walls) will be measured and paid. (ii) Digital Recording of complete sunken treatment has to be submitted by the contractor for official records
