REPAIR MAINT OF BPI INSTALLATION AND COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF DG SET AND CONNECTED WORKS AT AIR FORCE STATION CHAKERI KANPUR

M&L for cleaning of 100 Kilolitre capacity tank at ETS as per detail given below :- (a) Opening manhole cover of the tank complete with exhaust pipe, float assembly and air equalizing carefully, cleaning and re-fixing. (b) Taking out remaining ATF from tank manually and stored in barrels provided by the contractor. (c) Taking out sludge mud from the tank and throwing away upto 50 M distance from tank and filling clean water in tank for degassing injurious gases and taking out dirty water from the tank. (d) Scrapping internal surface of the tank with nylon brush and cleaning tank internally with detergent solution and taking out all dirty materials from tank and cleaning of tank with soft clean white cotton cloth and making the internal surface completely dry. (e) M&L for providing one coat of epoxy zinc rich primer ( MR 3:1) EPI coating on complete internal surface of the tank using epoxy thinner (MR 3:1) complete all as specified and as directed. (f) M&L for providing two coats of epoxy Epigard paint (white shade) on internal surface of the tank . (g) Re-filling of ATF stored in barrels before cleaning of tank. (h) Fixing Manhole cover assembly after putting with new neoprene gaskets, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of 50 Kilolitre capacity tank at VTB as per detail given below :- (a) Opening manhole cover of the tank complete with exhaust pipe, float assembly and air equalizing carefully, cleaning and re-fixing. (b) Taking out remaining ATF from tank manually and stored in barrels provided by the contractor. (c) Taking out sludge mud from the tank and throwing away upto 50 M distance from tank and filling clean water in tank for degassing injurious gases and taking out dirty water from the tank. (d) Scrapping internal surface of the tank with nylon brush and cleaning tank internally with detergent solution and taking out all dirty materials from tank and cleaning of tank with soft clean white cotton cloth and making the internal surface completely dry. Note - for Sl No 1 to 3 (i) Work shall be carried out in restricted flame proof area and all safety precautions should be taken by the contractor while execution. (ii) All necessary safety arrangement T&P should be provided by the contractor to the workers during working at site.Date of cleaning and due date of cleaning shall be written with paint on existing notice board. (iii) Contractor shall allow sufficient time to dry up the new layer of treatment provided as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) Make of Epoxy paint and Thinner:- ShalimarPaint/Berger Paint/Asian Paint as approved by GE.

S&F in repair 12mm dia pressure release valve both ends screwed one end fitted to filter drum and other end fitted to12mm dia chromium plated copper pipe (heavy duty with one number brass adopter of suitable length) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair aluminium alloy float valve of size 450mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for greasing and servicing of 150 mm dia globe valve or plug valve to stop the leakage of ATF by providing gland packing, neoprene gasket of flange joint, tightening the joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for greasing and servicing of 80 / 100 mm dia globe valve or plug valve to stop the leakage of ATF by providing gland packing, neoprene gasket of flange joint, tightening the joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and servicing of Strainer suitable for ATF complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint on exposed surface of pipe lines, filter drum, ATF tank cover etc including preparation of existing surface by removing all dust, oil, rust etc including arrow marking and writing work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Repairing , servicing and maintenance of centrifugal / multiple scerew type pump set 15 KW ,three phase by means of carrying out proper inspection by the company mechanic and replacement of defective parts which required at site including necessary oiling, greasing, filling of gland after complete all as specified and directed. Make - ROTO PUMPS Note:- Spare parts required for repair shall be measured and paid separately under respective item .

Periodical maintenance of fume extraction of line ARD17 and keeping the plant in proper working condition by repair and servicing of 10,000 to 15,000 CMH capacity FRP centrifugal blower alongwith 10 HP electric motor, suction blower, impeller and shaft etc including cleaning, greasing, oiling of bearing of electric motor complete all as specified and directed.

Periodical maintenance of fume extraction of line ARD17 for Repair and servicing of scrubber, 10,000 CMH capacity, cleaning and repairing of scrubber consisting of spray nozzle with mist eliminator roasting rings, water supply line alongwith re-circulating water pump complete all as specified and directed.

S &F 'V' belt size B-39/B-46/B-48/ B-49 complete all as specified and directed.. Make:- Fenner or equivalent

Comprehensive and preventive maintenance of DG set any Make and 40 KVA to 110 KVA capacity which include tightening of nuts bolts, washers, greasing etc including checking of oil level ,coolant, battery terminal,filling of distilled water in battery ,cleaning of DG and DG set room for proper and smooth running complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately as considered under respective item. (ii) Labour cost of oiling, greasing, tightening of nuts, bolts and minor work are included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Contractor shall take all other preventive maintenance as per manufacture recommendation for smooth functioning.

Note for item no. 66 & 67 :- Necessary safety tools and measure should be the whole responsibility of contractor and rate of all T & P included in quoted rates.
