Earth work in filling for repair of side patries of road by transported earth lead beyond 5.00 Km. including manual compaction, dressing, labour,T&P etc. complete.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause.

Water Bound macadam Grading - 2 Providing, Laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes of water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stage to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, wearing and compacting to required density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion slow setting on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using machanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 ussing bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 KG/per sqm on prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with machanical broom.

Providing ,laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm Aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG -10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades complete all specified in technical specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and Laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C seal coat.

Brick side patries 0.300 M wide on both side road i/c cost of all material, labour complete.
