Laying/ Dismantling /rearrangement of 6 inch and 4 inch MS/GI pipe lines and dismantling, shifting and installation of pump set for a period of 01 years at Bijari OCM, of SECL, Raigarh Area.

Note - 6" Pipe, 4" pipe, Flanges 6"/4", Vehicle for Transportation of Pipes to laying site will be provided by SECL and all other required material & services are under scope of contractor. If vehicle for transportaion could not be made by SECL due to uncertain situation then contractor will have to provide vehicle under item no.9 of above estimate for smooth operation.

Laying & jointing of 6" MS/GI Pipe as required

Loading, unloading, transportation and stacking/placement of 6" dia MS pipe as required (Truck to be provided by the department)

Supply of MS flange with holes for connecting MS pipe 6" as required . Width of MS flange 6"= 10mm and with 8 nos. holes of 16 mm dia

Supply of Rubber Gasket for connecting 6" MS/GI pipe with flange

Welding of flange in 6" dia MS pipe (Gas and welding machine, Welding electrode to be provided by contractor)

Making of Bends of 6" dia MS pipe as required (Gas and welding machine, Welding electrode to be provided by contractor)

Dismantling of 6" MS pipe line includings shifting from site to loading point, loading, unloading transportation and placement/placement as required

Laying and jointing of MS Pipe line 6" dia includings loading, Unloading, transportation and placement as required on site, welding of pipes & cutting and fitting of Packing, Bends, Tee etc. as required for fire fighting arrangment. (* Gas and welding electrodes, packing and MS nut & bolt will be supplied by contractor. *Power Source (Vehicle mounted DG set with diesel )will be provided by contractor.)

Providing , Installation, testing and commissioning of Heavy Duty Foot valve complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts, wsher etc. complete as required and 150 mm dia

Providing , Installation, testing and commissioning of Heavy Duty Foot valve complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts, wsher etc. complete as required and Foot valve 200 mm dia

Providing and fixing of Heavy Duty C.I. sluice valve with cap complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions 100 mm dia

Providing and fixing of Heavy Duty C.I. sluice valve with cap complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions 150 mm dia

Providing , Installation, testing and commissioning of Heavy Duty Non return valve complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts, wsher etc. complete as required 100 mm dia

Providing , Installation, testing and commissioning of Heavy Duty Non return valve complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts, wsher etc. complete as required 150 mm dia

Supply and Fixing of bypass arrangment in NRV, includes providing of 2"/3" Valve,GT,sluice, 2" /3" pipes, nipple & elbow as required (Gas and welding machine and welding electrodes to be supplied by contractor)

Dismantling & shifting of pump motor set from bed plates including foot valves, bends, short pieces, non return valves, sluice valves, jetting hoses, suction & delivery pipe etc.. (Gas and welding electrodes will be supplied by contractor. Vehicle and Crane for loading, unloading & shifting will be provided by department.)

Installation of pump motor set on bed plates including foot valves, bends, short pieces, non return valves, sluice valves, jetting hoses, suction & delivery pipe etc. (Gas and welding electrodes will be supplied by contractor. Vehicle and Crane for loading, unloading & shifting will be provided by department.)

Providing of Truck 9/10Te capacity for Transportation of Pipe to laying /welding site (incase SECL is unable to provide vehicle for Transportation) incl. of cost of fule & operator
