Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and to the full depth as may be directed except hard rock not requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, shuttering and baling of water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15 cm thick well rammed and compacted depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the Departmental Officers with initial lead of 10 Meters and life of 2 meters and Lift of 2 meters and clearing and leveling the site etc., complete.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix (one cement four sand eight aggregate) using 40mm ISS gauge HBG metal for foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing, laying, ramming, curing concrete etc., complete as per standard specification.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm size ISS gauge HBG metal for foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, ramming, curing concrete etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and fabrication of steel for all RCC works including cost of steel, binding wire and labour charges and fabrication and placing in position etc., complete as per standard specification.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm size ISS gauge HBG metal for foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, ramming, curing concrete etc., complete as per standard specification

Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement / five sand) mix using IInd class country bricks of size 8 3/4" x 4 1/2 "x 2 1/4" including all cost and conveyance of all materials as per standard specification.

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic vertified tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement of all charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Clean removal of cement plaster from walls and racking out joints 20mm deep including all charges etc.complete W-0105

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm dia blue-gum posts of 4.0m overall length (3M HT + 0.5M projection + 0.5m into ground) the distance between two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of postsbeling 2.0m and the spacing of postsbeling 2.0m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m overlap on either sideand braces at 2m c/cincluding longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing aplatform with country woodplanksof 40mm tk & 1.0m width in a complete form using colr and nalls - 1.0m run-Upto 2.50m Height
