Supply and fixing, installtion and testing of ESE Air Terminal: Supply from Global leader Duval Messien of France SATELIT 3- 45 Air terminal with external, wide area, early streamer emission (ESE) type lightning arrestor made of robust 304L stainless steel (INCLUDES TELETESTER). It is a proactive, intelligent and remotely monitored electronic device, powered by long life battery on board, which should be rechargeable with solar cells. It is capable of polarizing the tip with a voltage between 20 kV and 30 kV, synchronized with an approaching lightning and triggering a powerful upward streamer into the air, 60 microseconds earlier than naturally formed streamers. The lightning arrestor is capablen of grounding repeat lightning strikes and both negative and positive strikes that may occur within few milliseconds of each other. Operating Principle:- 1. This lightning arrester is equipped with a double device of polarization. The first “active” collects and stores the solar energy in the batteries, then charges maintain the ascending tracer propagation. An integrated sensor of current allows to measure the during a descending tracer approach in the zone of protection area.
